Our A/C went out Sunday evening. I placed a call and left a message with the answering service. Although I had the option to place an emergency call, I chose to leave a message. I got a call the next morning around 8am. The technician, Ricardo showed up in a timely manner and diagnosed our problem as the blower motor being out. We were still under parts warranty. Ricardo was very professional, friendly and had great customer service. He explained everything clearly and was able to locate a part and call the office to have us scheduled for him to come back and fix it. He called to let me know when he was on his way to come replace the part. He did the work in a timely manner and gave us tips on filters and quotes for surge protectors on our units. We are pleased with our experience with Total Comfort and will definitely use them again for our A/C needs.

This company did a superb job coming to fix an issue with my AC. Manny showed up on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me great information on how to manage my unit for the best airflow, and went out of his way to check and show me how to use my humidity/air purifier built in. I am beyond impressed with this company and the customer service I received today.

I recently had a new package roof unit installed and all attic duct work replaced. The price was fair and competitive, as I had gotten quotes from three other companies. I’m so impressed by this company’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction and also their extensive knowledge of HVAC systems. They knew exactly what my home needed. They were thorough, professional, honest, and dependable through every step. I like that they are a local, family owned company. All of the workers went the extra mile to treat my home with care and respect. And I’m thrilled with how much cooler my house is now! Should have replaced that old duct work years ago. Second day in a row trying to get a tech out after my ac went out. Here we are 88 degrees in the home box fans blowing windows open no help but the cooler night air that ahas yet to come. I have 4 kids in the home and I am a disabled vet my self whom has horrible sleep apnea and a multitude of other problems. The heat doesn't help and a "technician" will not give me a call in a few minutes. Like the female representative whom answered my call told me one would all 3 times i called. Very unfortunate and frustrating being that we are under warranty with these guys so goin somewhere else would be a waste of money which, im low on., Maybe they know we are under warranty and will get to it when its convenient for them. I dont know but this heat is unbearable and if I wasn't already sleep deprived, I am beyond that now. Yes I called after hours at some places but that's when I get off work and i cant have some random guy at my home when im not there because he will need to get in the attic. 6-8 is not that late anyways when a company claims they are open 24 hours. I wish someone would just reach out im available all night 7 pm to 6 am. the representative told me someone would call all times, in a couple minutes. they are definitely NOT 24hrs or no one with a proper work ethic is at least. Maybe it's a little harsh but dont put 24hrs and we wouldn't be here. I used to be "on call" in the Marine Corps so I know what them term means. Ghosting customers in this situation is not acceptable.

Ricardo was very professional and did a great job repairing my air conditioner. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again.

Total Comfort has been the best hvac company we have ever worked with. They set up a Zone system in our house and came back as we needed adjustments and it was set up perfect. Carlos was our main contact and he was so nice and understanding and always worked with us until we were happy.

Ricardo was prompt- very informative and friendly. Didn’t try to over sell me, he was very honest about all of the things I need to fix my AC unit. Highly recommend this place!
