Royal Flush Plumbing of Decatur

I had an issue at first, and Royal Flush Decatur went above and beyond to correct course and make my issue right in a way that I have never seen another company do so. Thank you so much to Jennifer for being willing to reach out to your customers and to make things right. I am satisfied with all services performed.

I had a wonderful experience with Kris. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He not only did an amazing job installing my water heater, he educated me on the proper maintenance. I’m looking forward to working with him again in the future.

I reached out to ask for a free quote on a gas water heater replacement, was scheduled the same day, and the job was completed the same day as well. 10/10 service and response! Troy was great, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to complete the job neatly. Professional all around.

David S. came over within an hour of us reporting the issue, on a Sunday no less. He successfully repaired a leaking pipe, was very thorough in his explanations, and was kind and easy to work with. We strongly recommend him and his team!

Have been using this company for a few years now, and they continue to do top notch work every time! Needed immediate support on a weekend — the on call team was prompt and David arrived quickly and stayed until the job was complete. Thorough in problem solving and acting immediately. Thanks, David and RFP!

Beware do not use royal flush they are a rip off they came out to my house little over 2 weeks ago to repair a leak in my hot water pipe he replaced the a section did not guarantee the work stating because the type of plumbing I had in my house he knew he did a shabby job he was paid $425 and where he repaired it and busted a leak again. I was able to find a handyman who repair the complete pipe and he mentioned to me that's what should have been done when the plumber from Royal plumbing came out I do not recommend this plumbing company

We had been dealing with low water pressure in our house for a while, and I was at my wits end. Nils came out the same day I called even though it wasn't an emergency and solved our problem quickly and courteously. I think the pressure is better now than when we moved in! Hope I don't need to call again, but if I do, I have no reservations about calling Royal Flush again.
