The Plumbing Detectives

Jason was excellent to deal with and it's clear he's not only competent as a plumber, but he treats his customers well. His communication responsiveness was so fast it was like he was using AI to respond (he wasn't...it was him). He asked me to send him some pics or videos so he was prepped when he arrived. He was punctual for our appointment and had the right pieces and parts to resolve all 3 of my issues. He's also just a really nice guy. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll be calling the Plumbing Detectives without hesitation.

Jason was excellent! Referred by a friend, he delivered top-notch service from start to finish. I really appreciated his prompt communication, accurate diagnoses, and quality repair work. His pricing was very fair, and he was genuinely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.

Jason from The Plumbing Detectives is an absolute winner. Not only is he prompt, kind, and delightful to chat with, he also fixed my leak quickly, efficiently, and for an extremely reasonable price! I'll never call another plumber as long as I live in Atlanta. Can't recommend him enough!!!

The Plumbing Detectives are the best! We've used them twice now, and both times Jason has explained what is going on, addressed the issue expertly, and charged us a fair price. And bonus: he's a personable guy! Highly recommended.

I am happy to provide a positive review for Plumbing Detectives, based on their excellent service in replacing my garbage disposal. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. Firstly, the communication from the company was prompt and informative. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and at a time that suited my schedule. On the day of the appointment, the plumber arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Jason was skilled and efficient in replacing my garbage disposal. He worked quickly but carefully, ensuring that everything was installed correctly and functioning properly before he left. He also took the time to clean up any debris or mess that was left behind, leaving my kitchen clean and tidy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Plumbing Detectives. Jason was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services, and I will certainly be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.

Jason is the absolute best! He's been out to our home on 2 separate occasions and has done exactly what we needed both times. The first was to resolve a water temperature issue in our shower and the second to replace 3 faucets. He's a super nice guy and does awesome work. Highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Jason Webb was very professional and personable. He appropriately diagnosed the status of a leak I had found and installed my new garbage disposal after trying to salvage the old one. I would definitely recommend his service and the Plumbing Detectives for all of your plumbing needs. Prices are very reasonable and I give my wholehearted endorsement! Thanks Jason!
