Horizon services were absolutely incredible! From my call in to book my service appointment to when my service tech, Josh left they were absolutely professional, friendly, wore shoe covers into my home. They took time and answered all of my questions, showed me what they had done, and explain what needed to be done. I would highly recommend you use Horizon Services for ALL of your plumbing and heating and air conditioning needs they are the best!

On Monday, October 20, I learned that I would need to have my boiler replaced. I was justifiably upset but Jonathan and Tom assured me that they would "sharpen thei pencils" and take care of me. I have been with Horizon for 18 years. Later that day I met with Carolyn who gave me the replacement cost. I put the charge on my credit card and told Carolyn how I planned to pay for it. The next day, at 7:30 am, Mike and Jonathan arrived. The place protective covering on my tile floor and proceeded to replace the unit. They kept me informed throughout the process and finished around 4:30 pm. I have absolutely trust in Horizon and encourage any homeowner to establish a relationship with this company.

Fortunately I hired Horizon Services 4 years ago when I moved into my "new" home and I quickly needed an entire HVAC system (2 furnaces, 2 a/c condensers, etc.). My new Trane system is superb and was exceptionally installed. Even the Denver permit inspector man was very impressed. Additionally, above & beyond their technical expertise is their customer service. They truly take a personal interest. From the very first phone call with Liz, then working with Jonathan as project director, to every single interaction with the team - everyone is responsive, kind, knowledgeable and they follow-up. They also do all the routine maintenance to ensure my equipment runs well for a long time. I have met the owner and his wife and again, that interaction is special and not common with other companies these days. I have had a couple plumbing issues and Horizon has efficiently handled those as well. I endorse Horizon Services without any hesitation. I am a loyal customer and would not consider a competitor.
