Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had an excellent experience with Kostadin Bogdanov from Roto-Rooter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in diagnosing and fixing my plumbing issues. Kostadin took the time to explain what was causing the problem and walked me through the repair process so I felt fully informed. His work was quick, efficient, and high-quality, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. On top of his technical skill, Kostadin was courteous, respectful of my home, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend Kostadin for anyone needing plumbing repairs—he exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for his help.

This is my second time using their service, and they continue to impress. Just like my first experience, the team was prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly and handled the job quickly without cutting corners. Their pricing is still very reasonable compared to other companies, and the quality of their work gives me a lot of peace of mind. I’m really glad to have a reliable plumbing and cleanup service I can return to—highly recommend them!

Kostadin Bogdanov took such great care of us. He was very thorough and kept us informed during every step of the repair. His plumbing skills and people skills are excellent! He took the time to answer every question and make sure I understood why and how things needed to be done. I look forward to having him take care of all my plumbing needs in the future!

I had a plumbing stoppage and needed a company to come out fast and diagnose my issue to keep from causing any further damage. From the initial phone call to the actual service technician was very professional, quick to respond especially for it being a weekend. Nolan showed up and explained his process thoroughly, gave his expert opinion and diagnosed the issue and had me back up running in no time. He is very detail-oriented and knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing I appreciate you all sending him out and letting him take care of my issue. Thanks again.

Cam 8416 is the guy to go. He came in on an evening emergency call, swiftly identified the issue, gave me a reasonable quote and was not pushy at all. We decided to go with him, he came back the next evening, replaced the PRV, fixed the water pressure to the house, fixed toilet overflow issues, answered patiently all my questions and gave me tips on how to maintain all the installations. I would highly recommend Cam for your plumbing work, he does a great job, great behavior and super helpful and efficient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mel deserves Plumber of the Year—hands down. What would Roto-Rooter do without him? After having four different technicians come out with no solution, Mel was the only one who went above and beyond to actually fix the problem. He showed up fully equipped, was professional from start to finish, and left the entire worksite spotless. If I ever decide to work with this company again, it will be because of Mel—and I will only work with him. Outstanding service and unmatched dedication. Highly recommend him. Ask for Mel

Very thorough detection. Highly qualified plumber, (Mike 5507), was also very courteous and gave complete course of action before and what had been completed at the end. Very upfront about pricing. The company has different segments that work in tandem to take care of its customers:plumbing, water restoration (infrared to find moisture in walls and under flooring), and excavation (cameras through your pipes to detect issues).
