I had Royal Flush come out to our softball locker room to help diagnose a potential plumbing problem. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They diagnosed our problem, immediately solved one of our problems and quoted out other recommendations. Great experience and will definitely use them again!!

I was experiencing a leak in my toilet. Sir David was my technician, upon his inspection, he explained the issue and provided me with the option of either repairing it or replacing the entire toilet. Considering the toilet's age, I opted for a replacement. David was exceptionally kind and patient in explaining all the details and addressing all my inquiries with great care. The quality of his work was truly outstanding. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Royal "flush your money down the toilet" completed a $1300 plumbing repair in my shower last year. Recently the hot water handle that ROYAL FLUSH SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED broke off after only 15 months of use (the last one lasted 60+ years). They used super cheap Glacier Bay parts that I even questioned when the plumber initially pulled them out to install. I trusted them to be the experts and perform a lasting repair but not only did this not last long at all, today they told me I’d have to pay another $395 to replace just the hot water knob that THEY INSTALED last year! I spoke to the manager Hector who said the Chief Operating Officer said not to fix it because they don’t warranty the parts they use. What an absolute scam. I recommend using a reputable plumbing company who stands by their work and does not use super cheap parts that break in the near future.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company was deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. To begin with, they assured me over the phone that their work would be covered under my homeowner’s insurance and that they would assist with the reimbursement process. This turned out to be completely false. Once the job was done, they backtracked, claiming they never made such a promise—leaving me stuck with the full bill. Speaking of the bill: I requested an itemized invoice multiple times and was met with either vague summaries or flat-out refusal. It was impossible to tell what I was actually being charged for, which made the already-high cost even more suspect. Time management was another major issue. Not only did the technician show up late to an emergency call (with no call or explanation), but the job—which they confidently quoted would be a 20 minute fix, lasted 4 hours. This company showed a lack of transparency, poor communication, and very little respect for my time or trust. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable, honest plumbing services.

While in morning rush hour traffic the driver of unit #026 cut me off almost hitting the front of my vehicle. I honked and when I switched lanes to avoid an accident with the van. The driver proceeded to roll down the window, call me slurs and yell at me to "get out of the car." Drivers like this are dangerous to be on the road. It’s the job of the company to make sure all employees are trained with kindness and adequate driving skills in a big city.

When I noticed water on bathroom floor, I called a neighbor and he referred Royal Flush Plumbing. I called early on Friday and they were out here before noon. The representative that checked my toilet was very clear in what needed to be done...old toilet needed to be replaced...and informed me of the advantage to save money by fixing a couple of other minor problems while they were there which would eliminate a trip cost with these being fixed later on (one was a small leak on a 55 year old water feed...which I felt was most reasonable). The repairman clarified what kind of toilet I preferred (height/shape, etc.) and went and purchased the toilet for me. The work was completed in about 2 hours, including the trip to go pick up the toilet. I would highly recommend these folks.

Troy did an absolutely fantastic job troubleshooting and fixing the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I've used this service before and I'll use them again!
