I recently had a shower valve body replacement done by Hector from Mr. Rooter, and the experience was outstanding. The original valve was seized, and a simple cartridge replacement wasn’t possible. Before starting the job, Hector took the time to clearly explain this possibility so I knew exactly what to expect if we ran into that issue — and sure enough, when it happened, there were no surprises. He also went above and beyond to educate me on why this happens over time, which I truly appreciated. As a customer, that level of transparency and honesty means a lot. The valve body replacement was completed flawlessly, and his craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Mr Rooter saved the day!! We had a water leak that we discovered late in the evening and the next morning at 8:00am Jose and Nathan were at our home to take care of us. They were able to quickly identify the issue and fix the leak. Nathan’s attention to detail and friendly, patient attitude really helped easy a stressful situation. Because we have had multiple leaks over the years we asked for information about repiping our home. We made the decision to do so and that Saturday Mr Rooter had a team at our home to do the repipe. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional everyone was and how well they took care of our home. The entire process was done by 3:00 in the afternoon. The crew that came the following day to do the drywall and stucco repair was also amazing. We are so happy with the results and will definitely use Mr Rooter in the future any plumbing needs!

Nathaniel C provided exceptional service. He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time of 11:00 and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink. His demeanor was both highly professional and courteous throughout the appointment. I would recommend his services without reservation.

Great service by Nathaniel C. He came out at 11am as scheduled and made a fair assessment and gave us a price to unclog kitchen pipe. One option was for a hydro scrub which we probably need, due to the age and use of the sink and the other was to snake the pipe. We took the cheaper option and just snaked the pipes. Water flows fine now. I tried doing it myself but couldn't get through the corners. We'll eventually have to get a proper scrubbing done in a year or two, but he gave us that option at a very good price. I would call on Nathan again. He was very friendly and very accommodating. He even offered to wear shoe cover when he came in. Thanks.

We were helped by Ricardo O. and he did an amazing job! He really took his time and made sure his work was perfect. While working he stayed very professional, kind, and taught us a lot about our problem. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber!

I had this company come out to check a pressure valve and I was quoted $1580 and said it would take 2 days to fix. I went to Lowes bought the part for $90 and watched a YouTube video. And it took me all of 12 minutes to replace, would not recommend this company ever.
