I had an outstanding experience with Felipe T., who serviced my central air and heat system. Felipe was truly phenomenal—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work being done. His expertise and attention to detail gave me full confidence that my system was in excellent hands. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Felipe T. to anyone in need of HVAC assistance—he’s a true professional and an asset to the company.

This year was good. The team was delayed a couple days from original appointment but did a great job tuning the heating system. The weather turned so they could not complete the air conditioning unit and should be back in the near future. Technician was very professional and courteous.

Great service experience! The Tech was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and very attentive to details. He performed his inspection of the cooling (compressor) and heating (blower motor) systems and made recommendations with detailed feedback and photos/proof of his measurements and diagnosis tests. The recommended actions were presented in a relaxed way without pressure to pursue during this first visit, that was very much appreciated. Ended up accepting all recommendations and had all necessary services performed during this first visit. Very happy with the outcome.

The technician did excellent work. Paid attention to detail. Hauled away old boiler and enclosure and did a great job of cleaning up. Keep this technician! Customer service was great , too. No long wait time.

In a nutshell: fantastic. Could not recommend more highly. Worked with Marc V to fix a severely problematic furnace and coil situation in our La Quinta, CA home. Fixed at a great price really quickly. The installation team was fast and efficient and left a pristine installation that not only looks good but addressed some energy efficiency issues we were having. During installation the team noticed that our condensation line was clogged and they cleaned that out as well -- a good example of how they reviewed our situation end-to-end. The follow up was also amazing, with Marc checking back in to ensure everything was done right and that we were satisfied. Clearly NexGen wants us as a longterm customer.

Nate DeLo was great very knowledgeable. My mom had set the thermostat way low and her A/C stopped working. Set up an appointment on line to check it out. When he showed up I explained what happened and he said he would take a look. He came back a few times to update us on what it was ,more than out thing. I asked about a soft start kit and he recommended a surge protector and said that it should take care of the lights dimming every time the A/C turned on at a much lower cost and clearly explained the charges to fix the A/C. I'm not a fan of hiring service techs for anything but this one is good, and upfront about everything. Price was very reasonable and he also cleaned unit so it works better than new!

February 8th, Travis came out to do an install of two sinks in our master bedroom. He was helpful, hardworking, professional, detailed and careful with his work. We recently had a leak, he came out and fixed it quickly. We are grateful for the quick service and turn around!
