O'Connor Plumbing was contacted due to an issue with my house plumbing that a smaller company couldn't resolve. It turned out there was / is a tree root that has broken a pipe under the house and has started growing inside the plumbing pipe. Ken and Asher were the best. They were so professional, courteous, couthy, they explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up the mess when they were done. I am so grateful for workers like this. They've cleared a portion of the the problem with the machines and tools they had readily available. We will be scheduling for them to return to finish removing the tree root. Thanks, Ken and Asher. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars Ken, Sheldon, and Cameron returned today 10-2-2025 to complete the work they had started before the weekend. They've cleared the tree root from the pipe and repaired it. Again this crew was extremely professional, kind, and hard working. Please pay these men their worth in gold. Another 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars!

I called O'Connor Plumbing and Evelyn helped us set the appointment. The plumbers got here in less than 20 minutes! Steve Turner and Trent were professional, efficient and followed COVID guidelines. They replaced our Water Heater's expansion tank and replaced a faulty valve on the water line. They were done within an hour and left behind a great job and happy customers!

This is the second clog I’ve had in my apartment in 2 weeks. George & Will came in and took care of the issue in less time than the first two techs (or maintenance here at the apartment). They were so nice, professional, made sure to explain the issue, and made sure to clean up whatever mess they made - which was minimal. Absolutely amazing! Thank you both so much!

Hector and Carlos did a wonderful job replacing our water heater a couple months ago. Leaving this review a bit later because it allowed time to see how everything worked after the replacement, and it has been great! They went above and beyond by even clearing some blockage in our kitchen sink faucet that they noticed while testing the water after installing the new unit - that was truly phenomenal and the water pressure has been better on that faucet since then. Also appreciate how they protected our carpet as they went in and out on a rainy day. Truly excellent workmanship and service!

In my opinion, you should avoid this company at all costs. They wasted my entire morning by sending two technicians who appeared inexperienced and arrived without a supervisor to inspect a drain and hook up an espresso machine and glass rinser. They seemed unprepared for even these basic tasks, then left without doing a thing and said a supervisor would come the next day at some point to complete the service. When I called the company to address my concerns, I spoke with a manager named Bob who I found to be extremely rude and dismissive. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would never hire them again.

Eric was very professional and did a excellent job on the replacement of our water heater. He put down coverings on the floor to protect the carpet no mess. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and showed us the completed job when done. His coworker was very professional and helpful. Overall a great experience. We had requested quotes from a couple companies before deciding on O'Connor. Their quote for a water heater install and expansion tank was comparable to other local business, but we appreciated how responsive O'Connor was throughout the whole process. Steve Parker arrived on-time and was very professional. He installed the water heater and expansion tank. We also added a shut-off valve and new main water valve. Steve was informative about the products and explained add on services without being pushy. I would recommend Steve from O'Connor to family and friends.
