Warner Service

I hired Warner Service to install a new steam boiler in my house, and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Several other companies quoted me for the same job, but most of them didn't have anywhere near the same level of knowledge and familiarity of steam boiler systems. Matt was truly a master of his craft and demonstrated a really impressive knowledge of steam boilers, and he continued to provide excellent customer service in the weeks leading up to the installation. Also, the two technicians who performed the work were good guys; really professional demeanors, hard workers, and beautiful installation. Very fair price as well. Not the most expensive, and not the cheapest, but I'm confident no other company would have done a higher quality job.

In a time when it feels like customer service is lacking it is refreshing to be able to turn to Warner Service. Our technician, Romy, was polite and cheerful and explained the installation process for the ductwork and ventilation. His work is neat and was completed efficiently. The materials used appear to be top quality. Before leaving Romy reminded us that Warner Service stands by their work and to call if we have any concerns, which we do not. It’s nice to know we can get dependable service at a fair price in our hometown.

Had service repair/replacement for Noritz tankless water. Luckily was under warranty so only paid the flat rate of $675 plus $75 trip fee. Could have been $190 or $350 labor/overtime but Warner has a deal with Noritz I guess. Warner has a 24hr call center but the main office is open during regular business hours. After getting a hold of the the office they were able to send a itemized invoice. I read other reviews but they didn't specify if they couldn't get price ahead of time because they were talking to the call center or the on call technician. If you call Warner's main office during business hours you can get prices upfront. After hours, the technician will assess and give a quote onsite only. They will charge fees for the trip if they have to come out and not repair. They did a fine job with my repair. I will call them for my annual maintenance.

Joey and Josiah were very professional and proficient. We needed a new blower motor on one furnace and a new condensation sensor on another one. Joey explained everything very plainly and they got the work done very efficiently. I recommend Warner Service very highly for any HVAC issues you may have!

Amazing service! Mr. Thomson is an exemplary and highly skilled plumber. Very kind as well. He fixed our issue same service day via a late night emergency call. We are grateful for him and the Warner company! Warner is the best! Highly recommend!

Warner replaced both my Furnace and AC unit. Overall, I was really happy with the whole installation and all of the people I've dealt with. Of the three vendors who quoted the project, I selected Warner is because I felt like they were technically knowledgeable, dealt with me fairly and didn't try anything dishonest like one of the other vendors did to jack up the cost. Also, the fact that their install manager (Levi) reviewed and approved the installation for my duct sizing was a plus. I liked the Voltage monitor/surge suppressor box and the frame & stone they put on the outside unit also. I didn't see that anyone cut corners during the installation and everyone did what needed to be done. So, I thank you guys (Justin, Ben, Jose) for that.

We thought we had an issue with our furnace due to a burning smell in our basement. We booked an HVAC service and they found out it was a sump pump issue. They sent a plumber out right away and the issue was fixed an about an hour! Great service all around. Major shoutout to Matt Weddle whose customer service is impeccable. Also, John Harper Jr and Joey Doris….amazing work!!
