Jack from 911 plumbing is a life saver. From the moment a neighbors tree hit my weatherhead, Jack was there to provide support and guidance along the way to get my equipment replaced/fixed. He help me when I filed an insurance claim, and was willing to speak to them if they had questions. Although it took a couple month for PGE to come out for a 15 min job, Jack and his team was here immediately after to restore power. 911 is great if you are not only having an emergency and are extremely helpful. Note: Jack is a jack of all trades, so he can help with roof (if there is damage), with A/C if it goes out, almost anything. They are worth reaching out too, so do not hesitate to call. Jack and his team are great. I called to have some faucets replaced and plug sockets checked and they really took care of me. Not only were they able to do the corrections I asked for, but also offered to do a number of other repairs and replacements for me. This included replacing our tank water heater with a tankless system and replacing some lights and fans on our outdoor patio with proper outdoor graded fixtures. Jack is also willing to offer advice and suggestions in ensuring you have a great outcome, but also will respect your wishes and follow your instructions. Trustworthy, reliable, and quick in their work, I plan on using them as my regular contractor for my plumbing and electric projects in the future.

I called 911 Pluming because our business insurance wanted an license expert to come take a look at the building and approve or make changes for approval in order for us to get the insurance. our kitchen faucet was broken tonight and we had a birthday party going on. We called 3-4 companies and nobody couldn’t make it after calling. 911 Plumbing & Electric Inc. our air conditioning unit stopped working and we hade a 3 estimate with three different Air Condition companies.
