After a backed line caused flooding in my home bathroom I searched Google for plumbers with the best reviews and called around for a price comparison. I knew the moment I called Rod's that they were the right people. The owner answered my call and talked with me me like he'd known me for years. He took the time to really take an interest in my plumbing issue and to tell me about the history of his business so I could rest easy knowing I'd be hiring people who knew their stuff! Gave me honest upfront info about what to expect with the issue I was facing, and provided a quote that was very reasonable. Less than 2 hours later Darren knocked on our door and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the plumbing issue being a bigger job than he anticipated he stuck to his price quote and worked hard for almost 2 solid hours getting it fixed. Our bathtub now drains faster than it ever has since we bought our house! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I see why Rods has so many great reviews. I called Rod's Plumbing Service after our master bathroom was flooded. Rod kept the same estimate he gave me by phone with the one on the spot and it was the best one. His crew Darren and Seth did a very good, professional and clean job. He also sent a plumber to reset the toilet after the floor was installed, free of charge. I called Rod’s Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. They answered immediately! They had me scheduled ASAP for a leak in our attic space. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, he gave a lot of advice for questions I had. The repair was done in a timely manner and he tested all repairs for leaks before he left.

Raul showed up early, came to the door right on time, put on shoe covers, showed him our problem areas, went right to work. He was professional, completing jobs in a timely manner and cleaned up after his work, leaving no trace. We were very impressed with his work.
