Luke was awesome. My most impressive repair person so far! Stella, my kitty, even got to help Inspect the furnace. Luke was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough and explained everything to me and showed me what he was talking about. He offered suggestions for my duct Airflow issue. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself and I can’t even hear my AC running now. It is so quiet. I hope it gets me another 10+ years.

Cooper was such a pleasure to work with! He was thorough with his inspection upon arrival and explained his findings with me so I could understand my options and was very patient while I chose what was the best option for me. He made me feel at ease with a less than ideal situation and turned it into a very positive experience! Dylan and Alex were great also, they completed my repairs efficiently and made sure to go through what they did and how everything works with me. Everyone I worked with was incredibly respectful and kind from start to finish! Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received today. My dog was also a fan of her new friends!

Really thrilled with my service. Booked online on Saturday and had someone out Monday morning. They walked me through all the details answered all my questions and we had a new water heater in by 2 pm plus they did a couple of other things. Great service from Cooper, Chris and Skylar. Highly recommend!

Rocco was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything so I could understand what to expect and what needs to be taken care of right of way. We just had a furnace check. But everything was good. Thank you Rocco, and Golden Rule you always take such good care of us.

I am a relatively new customer. But have been very happy with the service i've received over the last year. Besides maintenance, I have upgraded my system based on recommendations given by the team. The couple of people I have encountered have been fantastic and very professional. Today, Barry came to my house for my fall maintenance, and I brought up upgrading my thermostat. It was the end of the day but he took the time to go over options to consider. I very much appreciate his thoroughness and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Golden Rule.
