Called them out to have a look at a sewer line that was leaking right where it exits the house. The person on the phone was polite and helpful - she gave me a date and time someone would arrive and what to expect. Mark showed up right on time and was super friendly. He looked things over, explained everything that he saw (the leak was in a section of suuuper old pipe that was a horrendous conflageration of Y's and T's and couplers and patches that was partially embedded in the foundation wall, so it wasn't easy to tell exactly what was leaking) and what kinds of options I had. He gave me pros and cons of each option, never tried to push anything or "up-sell". He wanted to confer with another technician before giving an official estimate (like I said, the pipes were a mess) but gave me an off-the-cuff "guesstimate" so I had an idea what to expect. He e-mailed me an official quote within a couple hours that was right in line with his guesstimate so I scheduled them to come back to do the work. They showed up right on time again with a full crew to get the work done - everyone was friendly and polite. The job took a full day and Mark came to talk to me multiple times to let me know what they had done, any "surprises" they had found (there were a couple) and went over how they were going to tackle them. Communication was great, the rat's nest of pipes looks 1000% better, the leak is gone and they completely cleaned up the work area when they were done (the corner of my basement is actually cleaner now than when they started). There was excavation that had to get done outside which left extra dirt (which was expected) and they were very good about making sure the extra dirt was cleaned up and moved so it was out of the way. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and would 100% recommend them.

Mark at Rooters has been amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable. And gives thorough answers to all my questions. We have dealt with my contractors & these guys have been the best to work with. They installed our RO system. And hired them back to install a water softener system. We signed up for their membership. And look forward to working with them in the future!

First of all, It was very easy to place a service call through the website. Everything was done very quickly. I got a text Message seeing who was coming 20 min. before my appointment. Mark arrived on time. Nice personality. He did an excellent job! He answered all my questions with kindness. He gave me a lot of advice. I couldn’t have better service. After calling Mr. Rooter about a slow basement drain, Joe looked things over and explained what they could do to fix the slow drain. Pricing was quite reasonable, so we proceeded and Joe was able to successfully fix the drain that day. He also walked me through the entire drain system and simple preventative maintenance we could do to prevent future issues. All work was professional and considerate without any upsell you might get with other services. I'll call Mr. Rooter first anytime it looks like we need plumber or sewer work.

Locally owned franchise, which means it is a local small business. They were able to send a full plumber (not a "technician") the same day. We had a drain blocked in our laundry room. Joe was able to clear the blockage and let us know that our laundry drain was too small (1.5in when it should have been 2in). At some point we will need to replace the pipes, but he took care of the immediate issue and got our washing machine draining properly. Great experience and would highly recommend for any plumbing need. Don't let the "Mr. Rooter" name fool you -- they are full plumbers who can do anything you need.

Mark D came out first thing in the morning to install our reverse osmosis tankless system under the sink. He was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also took the time to walk me through how my home’s water system works. He explained what to watch for and gave helpful tips on how to be proactive with maintenance. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mark and will absolutely use this company again for any future plumbing needs!

When our water heater quit working, we received same day service and installation of a new water heater. Joe T was courteous, personable, and fully explained our options.
