I had been using Hetter Heating and Cooling for a few years now for my HVAC preventative maintenance and occasional repair needs. They have now combined with Waterworks. As is the case with company "mergers", processes get combined and refined. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Over the last year administrative processes have been adjusted and improved (as some "dropped balls" occurred initially). I hope this improvement continues. I also hope that this company does not participate like some others do (e.g. Atlas Butler) in pushing their techs to upsell. Haven't encountered it yet, so hopefully not. If I do, I'll be looking elsewhere for my service. Regarding the actual service, I personally have requested James (with Hetter formerly) to maintain my top of the line Trane HVAC system. James is potentially the most knowledgeable at the company currently about my particular unit, so I'm comfortable with him providing the service. He is very friendly and personable and excellent to deal with from a customer perspective. So in summary... James is great and is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, especially Trane. As far as the "merged" company, currently I'm happy with the most recent experience (worked out a few initial issues that occured earlier this year) and time will tell whether the new management structure will serve the customer as well as Hetter Heating and Cooling did previously. Hetter was very customer focused and I'm hopeful that Waterworks continues that tradition and behavior.

We have our home and also a rental property. Over the last few years we have selected Waterworks to do work at both of our locations. When we needed drain help this week Waterworks was the only business we wanted to do the work. The work done was great , the employee was knowledgeable and the cost was reasonable. We have had plumbing and furnace work done through this business and have been satisfied with all they have accomplished for us.

Would have rated the actual service higher if communication with the office and technician had been simpler, less corporate, fewer layers. Service was to be within a three hour window. My husband and I were both out before that time. The technician came an hour early and called me, could not call my husband directly, and I was in an appointment. I had to call my husband but could not reach him. Had to call the technician back. He was kind enough to wait until the appointed window at which time my husband came. I miss just calling the office and speaking to a receptionist I knew when it was just Hetter. Was also not offered the chance to have a particular technician, and there was one we liked who had come to our house. Nonetheless, our furnace is in good shape after its check up.

Water was not draining quickly enough and started coming up into the basement. I was referred to Waterworks by a local plumber. I was able to make an appointment online and had a tech on site within an hour. I received a text with a picture and bio of my tech just before he arrived. Mike was open about the price and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He got all the roots out and showed me the camera view. Now I know that my sanitary line is clean and in good shape. I was very happy.

I had a great experience with The Waterworks and Hetter Heating and Cooling. My AC went out late Friday and I called two other companies, but neither ever returned my call. When I called here on Sunday morning, they responded right away and had Bobby out the same day. I was informed upfront about the emergency service fee, which I understood, and I really appreciated their honesty and transparency. Bobby was professional, efficient, and had my AC running again quickly. I’m very grateful he was willing to come out on a Sunday when others wouldn’t even call me back. Highly recommend both the company and Bobby.

Waterworks was fantastic. They were able to come out the same day to help get the AC back up and running for my business. They told me someone would be out between 1-4. The tech called me before that timeframe to ask if it was okay to be early. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else but I was more than happy to get my cool air flowing ASAP. He was super nice and got to the root of the issue right away. Problem was quickly solved at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend to others and be reaching out if I run into any other issues in the future.

Great service responding to our call about a broken pipe. Same day service, took care of business and fixed the problem. The service tech was great and we very much appreciate him walking us through the problem and providing options. Send all your plumbing requests here.
