A & R Complete Service Corp.,

Review for A&R Complete Service Corp. in Henderson, NV ​I am filing a complaint against A&R Complete Service Corp., the company assigned by my home warranty provider, American Home Shield. My appointment was scheduled for August 30, 2025, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The technician did not arrive until 4:15 p.m., over four hours late, and without any prior communication. ​When I expressed my frustration about his lateness, he was immediately defensive and rude. Instead of apologizing, he said, "I don't have to tell you anything!" This was a completely unprofessional and disrespectful response. I immediately told him I no longer wanted his service. ​The situation escalated from there. The technician refused to give me his name or a supervisor’s contact information, telling me to "call the number on the side of the truck." He then took out his phone and pointed it at me, as if recording me. After this, he left without ever even looking at my A/C unit. ​Later, I discovered the company had lied to American Home Shield, claiming I had canceled the service because I was "rude." The company representative, Missa, repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to address their false report. The only professional I spoke with was Vanessa, who was kind, apologetic, and listened to my complaint. ​This company is dishonest and employs rude, disrespectful technicians. I am still waiting for an apology from a manager. I urge others to be warned about their unacceptable customer service.

Sketchy company. American Home Shield AHS sent this company for a routine yearly service. Keep in mind that there was nothing wrong with my heating. The heat worked fine. The tech comes out from the crawl space and says you need a new capacitor in your heating unit. He hooks the one in his hand up to a electric reader which shows zero. I ask, how can it be zero when the heat works just fine? He had no answer. He then gets AHS on line to approve a new capacitor which they did and charged me $100 fee. I'm sure he shows that same old capacitor to every home owener. Tech then wants to know where my AC unit is. So I escort him outside and stay with him. He doesnt even look at it. Was probably going to sabotage my unit for more money. I had another appointment set up with them through my Fidelity Home Warranty for another property which I will cancel. STAY AWAY from A R. Thieves.

My AC went out and needed a kick start. After first contact in the morning a tech was out to my home the same morning. He thoroughly examined my AC and within an hour it was working again. Greatly appreciated since my home had reached 92 indoors.

I’ve worked with A&R Complete Service Corp twice, and each time they’ve delivered excellent service. Technician Lowell was the best! He was punctual, efficient, and clear in his communication. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth, reassuring, and stress free. I highly recommend A&R Complete Service Corp and Lowell in particular to anyone seeking a reliable company.

Utilized A&R through our home warranty with Old Republic, and it was really good. They were quick when we filed a service call with Old Republic, calling the same day to setup an appointment. Actually, too quick because they offered to come the next morning, but we needed a day to take off of work. Tiber came out to take a look at our A/C unit and was super quick and helpful. He explained all the things that went wrong, and he helped give me some ideas for replacing down the road since our unit is nearly 30 years old (don't know how it's still going). Despite it's age, he got it up and running in less than an hour after he showed up. Super friendly, quick, and informative! Will go through them if I go outside the home warranty, or even request them if I need help again!

The technician did a thorough check of my home’s heating system, making sure it was ready for the winter months ahead. He was very helpful and showed me how to install the new filter in the attic unit. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I’m very happy with my HVAC pre-season maintenance service. The technician was on time, polite and professional. He found a bad capacitor and made the repair process through my home warranty company very easy.
