Ryan was fantastic! He arrived right on time for the appointment, which I really appreciated. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire service call. He explained the problem clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me some great advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. The repair was completed quickly and the work is great—everything is working perfectly now. I would definitely recommend his service and will use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about Sunrise Service! They came to our home to replace the heat exchangers on our furnace today in the summer heat — they did the entire repair at absolutely no cost to us because they discovered parts of the system had been installed incorrectly back in 2020 when the house was built, and they took full responsibility for it. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands by their work and values their customers like this. The technicians Nathan and Ritchie were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, respectful of our time and home, and done with a level of honesty that you just don’t see very often. Outstanding Service from Sunrise Services, LLC! I recently had an Aprilaire Air Purifier (MERV 13) installed by Sunrise Services, LLC at 7380 Commercial Way in Henderson, NV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technicians, Mr. Angel Hernandez and Mr Sammy Nevárez, were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the installation process clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how to maintain the system for optimal performance. The difference in air quality was noticeable almost immediately—my home feels fresher and cleaner. I have been dealing with some Unfortunate and very frustrating issues with my AC since I moved into my new build 3 years ago. Which shouldn’t really been a new homeowners worry during the first 3 years. The builder did not accept responsibility of the issues after the first year and a half. I have worked with Sunrise service since. Their technicians have been attentive, thorough, transparent and empathetic to my issues and concerns. Their customer service has been top tier and very detailed. My last to visits with Daniel Terry were smooth and seamless considering the challenging work required to ensure I have cool quality air during the summer and beginning of fall. I don't usually do reviews, this time I have to, I have my heating service on October. I was told I should repair my furnace because the unit is not getting enough air, tge unit reset 3 times, tge cost would be $850.00, I only been using this company for a year, anyway I figure I should get a second opinion and I did, I call Sunrise Service, which I have used in the past, I spoke to Jerome and he came and check the furnace and my a/c blower, it took him over a hour to check everything, then I showed him what the other company said to do ,and it wasn't true, Jerome showed me and explained everything to me. And there was no charge for his time and he sent me photos of everything he dud. I totally recommend Sunrise Service and I recommend Jerome for his service, his explanation, just a great guy

Mike Lawrence from Sunrise Service is an amazing technician. He is friendly and professional. He takes the time to explain things to you and is very knowledgeable. We go out of our way to have him come to our home, when we need service on our air conditioning/furnace systems.

Javi and Sammy did an exceptional and excellent job with the installation of my HVAC SYSTEM. They cleaned up well and took care of my home while they did their job. I’m so happy to have Sunrise do the job. Jerome was so responsive and respectful and he made the purchase experience so easy. The drywall guys did a great job also. I’m glad Sunrise responded when I went online to find the right company. Overall I had 3 quotes to find the right company to do the right job. One didn’t show up for the appointment, the other one wasn’t honest enough to tell me the truth that he couldn’t get the brand I wanted and was pushing another brand for me to purchase. But I’m glad Sunrise responded and I’m so happy I got the quality brand that I wanted and also a great price.
