Scott Plumbing did an excellent job for me! My knob on my tub faucet fell off. It was a simple repair that took less then 5 minutes. I don’t do plumbing nor do I do electrical! I can exchange an alternator on a 1994 GMC sierra. I used to start plumbing problems early in the morning would go to Lowe’s 5-6 times for parts and tools… and around 5pm call the plumber! Now I just call the plumber! Our kitchen faucet was broken, just worn out! We searched and found Scott Plumbing. Huntsville Al. They were going to show up the same day I called. 12-5. Arrival at 1:54 finished at 2:52 . I had the part, and the tech Brandon was super nice and helpful! I would suggest using this company for plumbing needs or whatever services they provide you need!

I had the technician Jay come out, he was so nice and very knowledgeable. He efficiently fixed my problem and then educated me on what happened, and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. He and his assistant were very careful in taking up my bathmats, and they even asked for a rags to clean up the water that was on the floor. I have never had anyone from a plumbing company do this. He is very good and I will definitely call them back next week for a very big project I need completed. Jay and Scott’s Plumbing are very dependable. I have used them before and I will always call them from my plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.

Man I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times. First off the dispatch lady was super nice and informative, let me know they could get to me the very next day. When Travis was on his way the company sent me a text with his picture and a brief bio. Once he arrived it was straight to business, we let him know what we needed, he gave us a quote, then it was straight to work.. He had no issues with my dog and I watching him work and asking any questions..This was my first time using these guys and I must say they will be the only company I recommend!! Great job!!

Bobby is awesome. Did a tankless water heater tuneup and then came back out to check if everything was working properly. Made some adjustments to my shower and I now have really hot water where I didn't before. The followup was great.

Scott Plumbing was fantastic! I originally requested them to come for 1 reason but then remembered I had anther issue for them to look at. Handled both of them for me. The 2nd issue was a doozy but my tech Nathan was great, gracious, and knowledgeable. He was able to get it taken care of. Would hire again for sure!

We’ve used Scott Plumbing before and were very impressed with their service. Recently, I called them again for my Aunt Jean Barker’s home, and, they exceeded our expectations. The technician was polite, courteous, and highly skilled — he fixed the issue quickly and professionally. We couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely use Scott Plumbing again. Highly recommend!
