Excellent service. From the initial call for service to the final install. The office personal as well as the technicians, Luis Cummingham, and Serdur, were very professional and efficient. Their work was neat and clean. This was not the first time using American Plumbing and we have been pleased with them each time. We will use them again for our next plumbing need.

Luis and Sevdar were AMAZING. They were very clean and neat. They were very efficient and thorough. My tank was leaking so they had to remove the tank and put in new washers and reseal to the bowl. They were very conscientious of keeping everything cleaned up when they left. The communicated the issues so we knew what was going on.

Luis and Serdar were awesome. As things generally do happen, our garbage disposal was leaking the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. They responded quickly, were extremely professional, and got us back up and running for the holiday.

Im the cafe manager for one of the charter schools in Jax. I reached out to have a simple leak checked that became an issue that required a plumber to repair. Luis was the one assigned to our school. He did a great job on repairing the sink and got it done very quickly. Hopefully, we will have him again for any of our other repairs in the future.
