TLDR: No Price Transparency I recently contacted Turner Plumbing for a quote on a new hot water heater. I want to be fair and mention that the technician who came out was professional, pleasant, and got the quote to me the next day as promised. However, the business practices regarding pricing transparency forced me to take my business elsewhere. The quote I received was a single 'all-in' figure with zero itemization. I requested a breakdown because the technician recommended a Rinnai unit (when I originally asked for Rheem) and I requested a specific add-on (a Wi-Fi module). Naturally, I needed to see the cost difference between the brands and the parts vs. labor to make an informed decision. When I texted them to ask for a breakdown, the response was, 'We do not itemize our quotes.' I found this incredibly disappointing. The total price was actually within the range I expected, but I cannot move forward with a company that refuses to be transparent. I recently had a roof installed where every cost—from shingles to flashing—was clearly listed, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. It is unfortunate that Turner does not offer the same clarity. They lost this job not because of the price, but because of the policy.

If there were six stars, it would be a six star review excellent knowledge on the technician excellent disassembling and Encapsulating all the plumbing from my old solar water system, The plumbing around the water heater and sediment filter is aesthetically pleasing, and the technicians bring me up to speed on the water heater functionality was great and best yet the install was 75% of the estimate. The plumbing technicians had great logistics support from the warehouse on parts needed to complete the installation. overall a fantastic job.

We used Turner plumbing recently for a complete bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job and we are so happy with the result. We made a few unexpected changes during the process & Turner worked with us on everything, coming back numerous times, & never once made us feel as though they resented it. They were also very attentive to even the smallest details that were important to us. Nick was our go-to guy throughout the process and he was phenomenal, making sure every request, big or small, was handled efficiently. We will definitely be using them again for our downstairs bathroom very soon.

Mr. McClendon was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. He took the time to review the details of the cause for my service call prior to arriving, saving us both from the repetition of my sob story. The issue was immediately identified, thoroughly explained and demonstrated to me, and fixed successfully without delay. The experience surpassed my highest expectation.

We just had a complete re-plumb on our home. I’m so glad we used Turner Plumbing!! They sent us John & Devin. What a blessing! They were the perfect team. Every morning, they communicated with us their goals and what we could expect. At the end of the day they went through and explained what had been done and checked to see if we had any questions or requests. They were both very professional, courteous, friendly, and kind. I would rate them a perfect 10 because they are talented in what they do. They are detail oriented and they did their job with pride and precision. I loved that they took excellent care of our home and even our plants when they worked outside. Our first contact was with Ben who gave us the estimate of price and described the process. He was also there to get the gentlemen started and to be sure our goals all matched up. We were off to the perfect start. Lisa at the office was very supportive when we called with questions and she facilitated the process with scheduling and payments. The entire team is excellent!! Don’t hesitate to call Turner Plumbing. They will be our "go to" in any future plumbing needs!!

After using Turner plumbing, without fail for over 20 years as well as recommended they to everyone i know, including my mother who has used them for over 10 years, an era is coming to an end. I call early in the week and detailed explanation the jobs that needed to be done. Toilet over filling in half bath, take a look at master bath shower faucets and the biggest one, remove sink, faucet and garage disposal in kitchen and place in all new. Window was set from 1-3pm with me explanation that I would be in an appt till 1pm and home 1:20 at the earliest. One plumber arrived at 12:50. When I got home and explained the jobs, first plumber said I can't do this by myself. Call office, explained what happened. Was told another plumber was in the area and would be over soon. Its been over an hour, so called office. 2nd plumber still 20 mins out. I asked if there would be some sort of billing concessions on labor since the correct number of people were not dispatched in the first place. I was told no. No concern for my time and inconvenience. This will be my last contact with Turner plumbing.
