From the first phone call with the service manager and his office staff to the wonderful service Cooper provided we could not be more pleased. They are professional and our tech (Cooper)? kept us updated so we knew just when he would arrive. Our tech was extremely knowledgeable and had our new unit installed and working in no time. We highly recommend Betros. They saved us time and money. Thanks guys.

If I could give negative stars I would…. I called for water coming out of the shower drain and the "plumber" came out and took hair out of the drain said that was the issue. Two weeks later my house is still clogged and they say they are not responsable for the clog which was the original complaint. Paid $300 for this garbage! Will never use this company again. And I hope that people pay attention because these companies are out here extorting people out of money. Btw no worries I unclogged it myself! If water is coming out of the drain instead of pooling then yes the tub is clogged but water coming up to the shower then there is a clog and I don’t need to be a plumber to tell you that. Fortunately, this is the last money you will ever see from me…..

I was incredibly happy with the service from Betros Plumbing! We had a broken gas range disconnected and a new one connected. Gerald went above and beyond helping to move the ranges and worked really hard in order to save us time and money buying a new hose. I will always use this company moving forward. I had a very bad experience with this company. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink for a rental property. The tech came and spent max an hour, he was supposed to call me with the price but he didn’t. Then later on the day I found from my credit card transactions that they charged me $451 from a credit card I used before more than 6 months ago for another service call, apparently they saved the card in the system and charged the card whatever they wanted. I called them and asked to speak with someone. I waited 3 days because of the weekend then called again. The service manager was very rude and cut me off before listening to my complaints as I did something bad or as I am begging for something. I told him I could simply cancel the transaction from my bank since I never authorized the payment. I told him all I want is to charge the correct credit card and pay the fair price. He fixed the credit card issue but charged me $350 which I never agreed on also it is way above their rate or anyone rate. I will never deal with them again because of their rudeness, dishonesty, and unprofessional conduct.

Outstanding service & expertise! I moved from Septic System to Sewer hook-up with a lift station/grinder pump and the job couldn’t have gone smoother. Sean’s customer service was top notch, he managed everything with the county for me, paperwork, inspections, checked-in at the job site multiple times, and was so responsive - always picked up the phone! The service team is professional, experts in their field, incredibly hard working and felt like family! Thank you so much! First time using you guys and now lifelong customer!
