This was our first time using Heil Plumbing and we were very impressed with them. Chad was very friendly, punctual, and competent. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, and I felt like he brought the price down as much as possible. We’ll definitely be calling Heil again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a water leak in the hot water line which, unfortunately, was happening behind the walls and floors. Although I’m pretty handy myself, the urgent nature of the leak and need to get back up and running again meant I should hire a solid plumber. Heil came with great reviews and, although I forgot, we used them some time ago for an unrelated repair (and they did a great job for that too). Anyway, the professional plumber Erik Young came, and systematically and methodically detected and identified where the leak was coming from with as little cutting into the drywall as possible. He replace a 6 foot run in the line, tested it, and confirmed it was fixed. Great job Erik and thanks for being conscientious about minimizing the mess and being super professional. I would recommend Heil to anyone looking for solid plumbing professionals! 5 out of 5!

Second time calling Heil and they have earned our repeat business. Erik Young was so professional, helpful, and did great work fixing a bathroom sink trap that needed help. Scheduling and coordination was easy, he was on time and efficient in getting the work done. Kudos to Heil and Erik for earning happy customers. The price is worth the professional, honest and reliable service we’ve received from them.

We had an outdoor faucet replaced. Will, from Heil was very efficient and did an outstanding job. The new faucet looks and operates well, there was minimal cutting to the wall and basement ceiling, and we are very pleased. He was prompt, answered all of our questions, and made wonderful suggestions. Thank you, Heil. We strongly recommend you.

Nightmare scenario with water trapped in between the wall and paint. It wasn't terribly large but could be worse. No panic, easily scheduled a service through the website in two days, even though Heil offers emergency service. Appointment day comes and Erik Y. informs me he's on the way. A very polite, well-mannered gentleman. Puts on booties and walks through the house to the problem. It's behind the wall. Apologetically, he tells me he's going to have to cut through the wall to find the problem. Estimated pricing was already discussed. He makes one small exploratory cut before finding where he needs to make a bigger one. Results may vary but with one opening he's just 1 inch below the pinhole leak! He proceeds to install the replacement pipe, doing due diligence on an aging pipe. Once he's complete, he asks me to evaluate his work. What do I know? I'm no plumber. It looks great though. After he's complete, he cleans up everything meticulously. Vacuums. Wipes. Even drains the water from the wall. Payment was done through their mobile point of sale. Fast. Convenient. Heil provided some of the best service I've ever received from a plumbing company. Fair pricing. Amazing customer service. End to end, a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
