I bought an older home that needed a lot of plumbing updates due to the previous owner’s creative "fixes". QSP was recommended by a former neighbor I trust and I am so grateful to now have a plumber I trust! A lot of hard work, patient guidance and experienced investigation went into getting to the bottom of what was needed to get my home properly plumbed. Thank you to William, Melissa and the rest of this very professional and trustworthy team.

William from QSP Plumbing Services came when I needed him and he did a fantastic job! Our shower drain was leaking and with four kids we had no choice but to get it fixed that day. I'll call QSP every time from now on!

Excellent service and good price. They were available to come out to Baltimore the same day that I called. They did a great job and importantly there was another less obvious leak connected to the same faucet (actually mess of pipes and tubes someone had rigged together) that they fixed for free. Would highly recommend.

The master plumber from QSP was timely and professional throughout the inspection of the failed water heater unit. They offered suggestions but never forced any particular action or unnecessary repairs. I’m glad I hired them for their services and will do business with them in the future.

Mr. William was very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate for his profession. He meticulously investigated the source of my outrageous water bill. He was very patient and took time to explain procedures, terminology, and components of the water sewage system. QSP will definitely be my "go to" for all things plumbing!

I received the text that the technician Edwin was arriving, and he was pleasantly 20 minutes prior to the arrival window. He was professional and very knowledgeable and completed the job (tub faucet) as requested. Melissa was an awesome point of contact as well getting everything set up timely and keeping posted on Edwin's arrival. I would use QSP again and would recommend them.

Hired QSP to install a dishwasher. Quoted price of around $250. Received invoice of over $600. When we inquired, we were told he "struggled to get the dishwasher to fit". This was a standard KitchenAid dishwasher. We paid the invoice (really wish we hadn’t). Later we discovered the dishwasher was just pushed into the space and never secured so it moves around when opening/closing the door, loading dishes and when it’s running. We had used them a handful of times prior and they were constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments. It was frustrating but we were trying to find a plumber that we could use regularly. That should’ve been the first red flag. Needless to say, we stopped using them. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and overpriced.
