Communication was excellent the entire way through the process. On the day of service, he arrived 10 minutes early with his assistant to set up and was even flexible to change when I asked to just put in an access panel on the back wall, rather than have to re-drywall everything. It saved me money, saved him extra work, win-win. Very friendly, knowledgeable and really takes his time and care for the location. He left the location as clean as when he arrived. ...and this was my *FIRST* experience with Diaz plumbing. You can be sure he'll be my regular plumber with this quality of work. Jorge with Diaz plumbing is the most professional and knowledgeable plumber. He arrive on time, I had a pipe leak from my main water line, he replace the broken main water line and remove my water softener that I was not using to the curb for trash pickup. The work was done timely and professionally. Highly recommend Diaz Plumbing.

Diaz did a great job! Arrived on time, cost effective, explained everything that needed to be fixed and what was going to be repaired and replaced. Gave an accurate quote prior to completion and cleaned up any mess around the work area. Repaired shower and replaced tub faucet. Very trustworthy. Definitely recommend!! Had Jorge and his crew come change my old water lines and move my water heater to another place and add an ice maker to my kitchen the work was top notch and done in a timely manner.. after they left you couldn’t tell I had work done other then the heater being moved . They came highly recommended and I would have them back again when I need work done also price was more then fair !! Only problem I had was I didn’t get a t-shirt !!

Charged $260 to "investigate" and recommend replacement of the water heater. Then the provided prices for replacement were insane. I’m in the wrong business apparently
