Eagle Plumbing Repairs and Drain Cleaning

When I called these guys, it was about 6ish in the morning when I discovered my bathroom sink was leaking & about to completely flood my bathroom. Thank God I caught it quickly enough & was able to You Tube how to cut off your water. I had called a few companies before Eagle but nobody answered or had anyone that could come out A.S.A.P. They responded so quickly & came over around 8:30 A.M. Chris fixed my emergency & also installed a new toilet with a bidet & vanity with a faucet installation in my son’s bathroom. My son was super happy when he saw his bathroom! Thank you Eagle Plumbing & Chris!

I was charged $500 for an "emergency estimate" by Eagle Plumbing with the promise that it would be deducted from the total cost if I moved forward. After receiving their quote, I decided not to use their services because their pricing was extremely inflated and didn’t match the actual work required. I hired a different plumber who completed the job quickly, without needing to go under the slab, and at a much more reasonable price. The quality was night and day. The other plumber left everything clean, professional, and even made sure the toilet seat was properly attached. In contrast, Eagle Plumbing left my home messy and the toilet seat unattached after their visit. It’s disappointing to be charged so much for work they didn’t do and to receive such poor service on top of it. I do not recommend Eagle Plumbing based on my experience.

The technician installed a ventilation pipe for the bathroom toilet. He came the same day and worked tirelessly. I was not satisfied with the location of the vent pipe. He returned a couple days later to move the pipe to my satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Eagle Plumbing Repairs and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. From start to finish , the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. The team was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. What truly set them apart was their genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction , and speed in which they handled my request for service. I cannot recommend Eagle Plumbing highly enough. If you're looking for a plumbing company LOOK NO FURTHER ! You will not be disappointed ! This was , without a doubt , an outstanding service experience that I will happily recommend to everyone I know.

Beware of this company! My credit card was charged over $800 for services from them but I never contracted with them, never recieved services from them, they were never at my home, I have never actually even heard of them before, I have my own plumbing company I use. The services were listed as being on Tuesday November 4th and I was working out of town on that day. I called to tell them of this at 8:40 am today, Thursday Nov 6th and was told someone in billing would call me back ASAP. At 9:40 I called back and spoke with someone else who wanted to give me an email address but I wanted to speak with someone directly on the phone. He said he would call me right back with a phone number for me to call. No one has called me backand it is now 2:45 pm. At 2:30 I contacted the fraud department with my credit card company to report them and they are now handling it. I can only assume this is a fraudulent company submitting phony charges as they have had no interest in speaking with me to clarify this situation. I would not trust them for anything!

We asked for servicing of tankless hot water heaters and there was no expertise in giving us this basic service. Instead, the guy looked at it and said "it seems to be working fine." I asked if he had any expertise and servicing tankless hot water heaters and he said no.

I hired Eagle Plumbing for a video pipe inspection in order to purchase a home. Called to make the appointment - I was given an estimate. The technician arrived and more than triple the estimate before stepping onto the property. He had to call management to get the price lowered to what they quoted me. The technician arrived unprepared and needed to go to a hardware store to gather more supplies. After the inspection- I did not receive a report or video to hand over to the realtors or seller. I called multiple times over the course of several days to get the footage and the report. I left several emails. My realtor even called and was told the technician was supposed to send that the day of the inspection. The office told her the technician will send the reports and videos after he finishes up his current job. Days have passed and I am just receiving a poor quality video and an inspection report my 5 year old could have typed. This company is extremely unprofessional, rude and will definitely try to get over on you. Please be careful people.
