Dalmatian Plumbing

Dalmatian Plumbing did a solid job installing my new gas line. Donald Land handled the work, and he was punctual, careful, and kept me updated as he went. The install was clean and the pricing was fair. I’d definitely use them again for future work.

I had Jason from Dalmatian fix a dripping bathroom shower head. He arrived when he said he would and covered his feet with booties which my wife much appreciated. He then gave me a fair price estimate and immediately got to work. Unfortunately, the part needing to be replaced was not easily found but over 4 days he stayed in contact and was quick to call, say the part was in and came immediately to replace it. I really appreciated his diligence in hunting down the part and his keeping me up to date during the search. He has a pleasant, calm. reassuring, confident attitude and the skills to do the job. I have a couple of plumbers I could have called but glad I gave Dalmatian and Jason a chance. If further problems will certainly call them again.

Jim was kind, knowledgeable and communicative. He was considerate, tidy and took the time to answer all the questions I had. He gave me tips on maintaining my new water heater and pointed out a leak that my HOA needed to repair. I felt very confident that I was getting what I requested. And that my time was honored. From getting quotes from Tom, to the exceptional job Jim did replacing my water heater and removing my garbage disposal, it was an exceptional experience and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jim for going above and beyond. It is truly appreciated.

Jason did a great job on both of my sinks! And he worked fast! I really, really appreciate the service. Will book again if I need it! Thank you!

"Donald L. is an absolute gem of a plumber! From the moment he arrived, he was personable and even shared some laughs, making the whole experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond by providing me with excellent advice on selecting a more durable sink for my upcoming home lease, which I truly appreciated. The installation of the new sink and faucet was flawless – the sink sealant was applied so neatly, which shows real attention to detail. What truly impressed me was how he tidied up the faucet supply lines and even painted both the new drain and my existing garbage disposal drain to perfectly match in color. It's those little touches that make a huge difference! Donald is not only highly skilled but also genuinely funny and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!"

Jason was a major help! Needed the stems replaced on my tub faucets and he found the right parts despite the logo cap being missing. Jason repaired it with no trouble at all and gave me some good advice about my water heater. Super helpful and quick, I highly recommend him and this company!

Great customer service from Donald Land (at the house) and Simon (from the office). My mother needed two toilets replaced and I had time issues because I had to come from across town to make sure everything got done properly. Both Donald and Simon worked with me and it was a five star performance at every step. Outstanding!!!
