Highly recommend Slaughter Plumbing, especially Jacob! We had a new water heater installed within promised price and within a few hours. He was on time, thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell he was honest and had integrity. He was related to the company's founder and you could tell how much pride he took in his family business. Will definitely use them again.

Slaughter recently replaced a water heater, installed a new whole house filter and water softener, cleaned up a mess of copper plumbing in our garage that was taking up a few more square feet than necessary, and they reviewed several other plumbing concerns we had with a house we recently purchased. Slaughter was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication we received from their office aligned with the communications we had with their team on site. Their work orders were clearly itemized and then the billing aligned directly to the itemized work order. Their on site team explained everything to us in ways we could understand and they answered our questions patiently. They gave us honest recommendations on what was worth paying them to address vs things we should not worry about or wait on. Slaughter is a diamond in the rough. We have struggled with the quality and professionalism from home services providers in this area. It was refreshing to work with Slaughter!

Outstanding service!! Had burst pipe and I shut off the main to my house. I called at 10:30 in the morning and Dylan was at my house at 1:00 in the afternoon the same day. He had the leak fixed in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable. Slaughter is the best!!

Jacob came out on a Sunday within an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed and helped me fix my problem within an hour. Prices are same as most plumbers but really down to earth and helped explain things to me. He was the grandson of the company founder and you could tell how much pride he took in his families business. Will definitely use them again.

Connor was here bright and early today to connect our new dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal and refrigerator. He has wonderful positive attitude and worked through some of the issues with no problem. Thank you
