Ben did a fantastic job servicing our furnace today. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the maintenance process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. I really appreciated his thoroughness and friendly attitude. Anthony from Anthony’s Plumbing was absolutely incredible. Our water heater went out on a Saturday, and he went above and beyond to help us. He drove several hours to get a new unit and had it installed the same day. The quality of his work was excellent, and his professionalism and kindness stood out the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Anthony does. We’re extremely grateful for his hard work, fast response, and genuine personality. I can't honestly give five stars. The technician was great, was very courteous and knowledgeable. However I paid to have the main line cleaned and a camera inspection. The drain got cleaned, but the camera inspection was scheduled for another day necessitating removing the toilet again and arranging my schedule to be present. I expected and prefer that it would be done at the same time.

We had a stopped up toilet that we couldn’t clear and so we gave Anthony’s a call and they said that they would have somebody out that same day when it got to be later in the evening. They did a great job communicating with me and letting me know that they could not get a technician until the next morning, which they did they had as their very first call for the day. The kid that came out was amazing. He was the best part of the whole experience so while I do feel like everything else, prices are getting a bit ridiculous The Plumber that actually did the work and came to the house was phenomenal.

You are awesome. Defiently went above and beyond, Professional, clean, very knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure I clearly understood ever step, remained pleasant start to finish..( thanks for being patient with me lol, ) and taking time to answer all my questions, and show me the issues that needs attention/repaired. Skylar and Harmony made a new friend . Shaun and John were great too.. It was nice change to actually have techs that love their job and genuinely care about the homeowners having the best possible service and prices. . Sometimes a miracle shows up in a form you never expected. We purchased 20 mini splits for our Lighthouses to keep our dogs warm through this Kansas winter. After they were installed we found out that 11 of them were defective, through no fault of anyone. We are able to return all 11 units which is a blessing, but we could not wait for replacements. We were told it would take almost 3 weeks to get the same units again and with the weather dropping to just above zero the other night that simply was not an option. Our dogs needed heat now. So the frantic reach out began. On a Friday afternoon we contacted three or four companies, hoping someone would hear the urgency in our voices. Anthony’s HVAC was the only one who called us back that same day. Not only did they call us back, they immediately put a plan in motion. A real plan. One that protected the quality of life for every dog in our care. At that moment we were preparing to move all of our dogs back inside the shelter because their mini barn had no heat. Within two days Anthony’s had ordered all 11 new units and brought an entire team out to take care of our dogs and our cats. From the second they picked up the phone they were invested in helping us. Their customer service, their care, their attention to detail, and their commitment to excellence and animal rescue was something we will never forget. In all the mini split madness there were blessings tucked inside the chaos. Anthony’s HVAC was one of them. Thank you for being our dogs heroes and our cats heroes too. We are so grateful.
