Make It Right Services

I had a really good experience with Make It Right Services. We had a drain issue that kept coming back, and after trying a few other companies, nothing seemed to stick. A neighbor recommended Make It Right Services, so we decided to give them a try. Tony showed up on time, was very friendly, and explained what was going on without making it confusing. He fixed the problem quickly and even checked the rest of our plumbing just to be safe. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right and not just rushing through it. Everything has been working perfectly since. If you need a reliable plumber, I definitely recommend giving them a call. Tony made the whole process super easy and stress-free.

Update: After I received the invoice thru email, I noticed contact info if I was unhappy with anything and they would try to make it right. After calling and telling them about my issue, they were able to return $100 back to my card. This goes a long way to me as a customer. They also advised making a clean out at my residence and it would be the cheaper price going forward if this issue were to occur again. With a little research it's not that expensive to add and I will be doing that in the future. Thank you so much for your assistance with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues! Toilets were clogged and tried their services. I would give 1 star but the representative was very professional and did a great job. Reason for the poor review is the price was extremely high. Would have been 200 if we had a clean out outside the house to get the snake in. But since we didn't he had to remove the toilet. For that extra step it went to 586 which is almost triple. I don't think it was worth the price just for removing the toilet. They charge 50 to give the estimate but the service does come with 30 day warranty if same issue occurs which is nice. I would not go back to them because they are overpriced if you don't have a clean out. The representative gave great customer service at least.

Eddie and Tony did a terrific job! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our showers abs toilets were clogged due to a sewer problem and both gentlemen explained the procedure and provided me with three options varying in price. Once I chose an option, they got to work and then explained how they fixed the problem. I was given a one month warranty. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!

Great service! Answer all my questions that I had in regards to my plumbing. Very affordable and provide me different options. I recommend them for any house hold needs.

I was in need of a replacement tankless water heater. And I must say I was very impress will the professionalism I received from the young lady who took my call, the guy whom follow up with me to let me know that Jesus will be out to see me. Such a great experience. All in the same afternoon, we had a 4 year old flush a toy down the toilet, causing over flow, and a backed up dishwasher. The man (I forget his name, sorry!) who answered the phone (on a Friday evening ) was kind, helpful and in no time had someone on their way to the house. Jesus is the expert who arrived and before entering, he put on a fresh pair of booties on over his shoes which I thought was nice. He quickly checked our situation as a part of the "free visual assessment " and helped determine the two things were not related. He spent extra time going over things with me and was very clear and informative, even giving me verbal estimates on possible future services. And because he didn’t need to actually do any repairs, he didn’t charge us a penny. Completely true to their ad. I have saved their number and will absolutely use them again, when needed. Thank you!

I truly was delighted by the professional manner in which they approached fixing my toilet. They had to remove the toilet and use a heavy duty machine operated snake to clean the drain pipe .Not so easy to do unless you have experience and time and the right equipment. Plan on using them again as needed. Good value and good people
