JP Plumbing & Heating

I've used JP Plumbing ever since I bought my home. They arrive when they say they will and their employees are professional and efficient. They've installed a new water heater and all new toilets since I've been here, plus taken care of smaller issues that have popped up over the years. I will continue to use JP Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the years to come. I recommend them.

JP was dispatched through my Home Warranty... a few times!! AC spring maintenance, AC repair, stoppage in drain line and now probably a water heater!! Chester was so nice, informative, and efficient while installing my new clean out in the line. He even cleaned up the mess from the stoppage that he didn't have to! Chester was also able to identify and warn me of my water heater issue and that is being fixed next through the warranty too. Amanda & Amy in the office were equally kind and followed up quickly as well! Kudos to this company... so much gratitude in a stressful situation!

JP plumbing is a great company. They are very responsive and I have had them do several things within my house(I.e. install hot water tank, water softener, new kitchen, faucet, new showerhead, and several plumbing repairs). They have always been quick to schedule and to get out to do the work. Individuals are friendly and will answer any of your questions.

These guys are phenomenal! They responded super quick to fix our clogged kitchen sink. The problem ended up being far deeper than we anticipated, but the technician took the time to explain everything and even patiently answered my son's questions about what his job entailed.. job was completed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Had to have a complete water heater replacement. They made the process look like light work. They were on time, thorough, fast, and very professional. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

I called JP to address a bathroom faucet leak. They scheduled me for the next day and I asked for afternoon if possible and I was told 12-4pm. Works for me. 3pm comes and they call and cancel for the next day after I left work waiting for them. Okay, no worries. Next day comes and the tech finally comes. Took a photo of the faucet and leaves, said I would have a quote the next day via email. I let the tech know that no one asked for my email. Next day comes and nothing. Something in the faucet handle became lose and gushed out hot water and it became an emergency since we had to shut the water off to the house. I called twice asking for a quote the next two following days and both times were told they were behind. We finally heard back with the quote the following week on Monday. It probably took the tech 60 seconds to type this up, I'm not sure why we were so delayed in pricing. After I got the quote, I let JP know we went to another company due to the delay and lack of communication. This was my first time calling JP and I would say our last. Also disappointing that I expressed my concern with lack of quote with no email back. If it took multiple business days for a quote, I would be concerned on the wait time for a repair. Overall super inconvenient and was a hassle to call multiple times with basically no information and no running water for 4 days.

JP Plumbing and Heating couldn't have done a better job. They replaced my shower control and the next day installed a water softener. They were prompt, respectful, and friendly. The price was great!
