Traditional Plumbing

I moved in a house with a custom cattle sink and I wanted it replaced. Well I ordered a sink and it didn't fit and Traditional plumbing came back out and measured and the sink fits perfectly and looks amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased as a customer. I would choose them a thousand times over again. Dylan was very professional and patient with me as I am very picky but nevertheless he was very accommodating and sweet. The staff does an exceptional job at making sure their customers are happy and the work is done to perfection! I can't Thank the staff enough including the administrative staff for a job well done. Each and everyone of you are so much appreciated!...Please use them for all of your plumbing needs you will not be sorry! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Arrived when they said they would. Notified me each time they were on the way. Up front pricing with options so I didn’t have to be stuck with just one "fix". Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Would use them again! Had a broken flange/drain. Could have just replaced that but had been having issues with my faucets leaking after repeated other fixes so I ended up choosing to replace the whole assembly. Dylan was great to work with!

Shane, Tim and Brittany did a great job in preparing for the project; arriving on time and installing our new tankless hot water heater. They answered all of our questions; were kind and courteous and seemed to really enjoy their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber. They were tasked with a difficult job - why contractors put water heaters in attics years ago is beyond me. They had to remove the old heater from cramped spaces; bring it down via a ladder and then hoist the replacement up. Definitely hard work, but they really handled it in a professional way.

I came home and found water coming out the side pipe of my house. I immediately called Traditional Plumbing and they had someone there within 30 minutes. The two guys that showed up were incredibly knowledgeable, super kind and sweet and got the job done with replacing my water heater in less than two hours. What could’ve been a huge disaster turned into a minor problem with the help of Traditional Plumbing. If I could give them 10 stars I would, I highly recommend them to anyone!
