Master Plumbing

Kyle at Master Plumbing is fantastic. He was sent out today to do the final part of a water repair incident caught two months ago also by Master Plumbing. Not only was Kyle prompt and on time, he gave me a heads up when he was on the way. I asked for a little extra to be done while he was here (replacing a shark bite fitting another company installed) and without hesitation he made a trip to the store and got the exact pieces i was needing. The work he did was spot on. Both my water heater and softener have been reinstalled on the platform they originally were on. With the leak, I ended up buying a new water softener and Kyle helped transfer some of the top layer of salt to the new unit from the old one until i can pick up more salt. He did a great job also securing the drain lines for the Water softener and Heater. I am also able to actually reach my main water shut off valve behind the unit now with the placement he did for the units. He also was able to take my old water softener to dispose of. Thank you again Master Plumbing and Kyle, I will be using your services again in the future!

My experience was really good. Everyone was very nice and helpful setting up the meeting. The installer Kyle was excellent and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job. I was shocked at the price but I guess that’s the way it is now when you have someone else do the work for you.

Steve came over, was professional, caring, and addressed all issues and concerns. This was an emergency call out on Sunday and he was at the house within the hour and had us fixed up within an hour. Their pricing was up front and transparent and he explained what was needed with pictures before doing the work. I would highly recommend him and Master Rooter for all plumbing repairs. I had an excellent experience with Steve when he came to my home for some plumbing work. He was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. My water heater stopped working late Sunday. I called Master plumbing and they were able to get someone out to my house that same night. Kyle was extremely professional and courteous! He communicated well about what he was doing and what the cost would be so that it wasn’t a surprise. His quote was exactly what I paid and the service he provided was above and beyond. He not only fixed the issue but left the area cleaner than when he arrived. This was my second time using this company and while I don’t want anything to go wrong, I know that when something does, Master plumbing will be able to handle to job stress free!

Kyle was out to service our home today. He did an exceptional job, was very thorough, informative, and even showed up at a more convenient time. He was honest and even volunteered pricing information that helped save us some money. He was great. Would highly recommend Master Plumbing and Kyle! 🙂

Kyle Varner came today from Master Plumbing and connected our new faucet, garbage disposal & existing filter on the new sink FloForm Counters installed. He was paid by FloForm. Kyle was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He explained all he was doing and cleaned up after the job. I would welcome him into our home for any future plumbing work we might need.
