They did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioner. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of our unit and explained what service we needed in terms that were easy to understand. They were very reasonably priced and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dallan offered a variety of update options, in addition to the general maintenance services we wanted for our new residence. Marshall, our technician was excellent to work with. He fully explained what work would be done. He answered all our questions in a manner that we understood. He was professional, courteous and efficient. So easy to work with!!

Excellent experience and excellent work . I was referred to JB Water & Air, we had two upstairs leaks which were dripping onto the ceiling in our first floor, Chris came out , diagnosed and told us what the issues were and they were promptly repaired and fixed. It was such an easy process and professional. Let me tell you we are very happy and he saved us quite a bit of money because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more. Thank you!

Mike showed up promptly and was able to fix substantial corrosion and compromised wax seal and gasket on a second floor toilet. Debris had to be cleared around the opening and some chiselng of tile done as well and debris was managed well and cleanup afterwards was not significant, which was appreciated.

JB Water has provided exceptional services. The house is older and required some upgrading….new water heater, water main riser and water purifier/softener. The crew at JB were very professional. They provided understanding about what was required and why. They answered every question. Dallen, Robin, Angel and Chris were all great. Also recommend the membership,The services provided with this membership will be an extra step for peace of mind at a great value.

JB water and air was recommended to us late last night when our septic backed up. Christina took my call and worked out a plan to get someone out here as soon as she could. 30 mins after our call, she called me back and mentioned Chris would be out here first thing in the morning to help. Chris and partner were wonderful. Very professional and answered all my questions. I was unsure how the process was with Home Depot and they took care of all take down, take back to store, buying and loading, and delivery with the installation. They did a lot of work on a very hot and muggy day. Thank you. And a thank you to Sarah for answering my calls and setting up the service.
