He went over in detail of inspection work performed as well as providing pictures of work done. He is a truly asset to your Company. Josh F. and Robert C. came out to the house same day. They diagnosed the problem and gave plenty of estimate options to consider. They were professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I opted for a temporary fix until I decide on the long term solution and address the water damage that occurred. Josh and Robert uninstalled the bad water heater tank and tapped a temporary line into our 2nd water heater tank. While I feel the price may be a tad high, I value the timeliness, quality of work, and the professionalism of both gentlemen.

I highly recommend Stuart Services and I highly recommend asking for Jimmy Vignes to take care of your electrical needs. What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be a potentially dangerous situation. I appreciated Jimmy being on time, his friendly personality and his professionalism . He was also respectful, cleaned up when finished and discussed step by step on everything he did. I had complete confidence in his workmanship and knowledge. I highly recommend Stuart Services. - Setting up an appointment to get a clogged shower drain repaired was easy and communication with the office afterwords was clear and appropriate. Half an hour before the technician arrived , a text arrived with his ID, name, and photo. He and his assistant were friendly and efficient, very easy to work with. First he assessed the scope of work and gave me an estimate of charges to get my okay before starting the job. He performed the his work with professionally and efficiently, asking relevant questions and explaining what he was doing as he worked. After clearing the drain, he tested its performance before cleaning up the work area, packing his tools, preparing the invoice and collecting payment. After some friendly talk and providing information about long-term maintenance services Stuart could provide, he was on his way - mission accomplished and a satisfied customer left pleased with the results. Overall, a great experience!

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient! Had a whole house water filtration system installed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jeffrey B for electrical and Bob T. for plumbing! Kyle came for my semi-annual HVAC check- I have their maintenance plan. He was personable, explained everything he planned to do, troubleshooted an administrative problem, and couldn’t have been more professional. I highly recommend this HVAC tech! Wow! Now for the complete plumbing inspection and tankless hot water flush by Nicholas. Nicholas, my Stuart services plumbing team member was polite,, professional, thorough, a good communicator and he answered any questions I had. So glad I signed on to Stuart Services annual maintenance plan (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), at the recommendation of my neighbor! Their employee retention is great - happy employee = happy customer. Bryan was great. I don’t think there was one square inch of pipe he didn’t inspect. Not only was he thorough, he explained everything and was overall kind and very courteous. He was able to solve a long standing issue and I’m very grateful. Makes me happy I’m part of the Hero Program. Thank you!
