Was having plumbing issues and called this company. They came within the hour and was able to identify the problem immediately. They were able to get the issue resolved and it was very good pricing. Couldn’t be happier with their service and they will be my go to for all plumbing/ contractor issues.

Alex at Grand Rooter is a great professional. He takes the time to make sure things are right and completes high quality work in a timely manner. I am really impressed with his ability to work with me by explaining and following through on his word. I had the misfortune of needing Grand Rooter to come out twice to repair two separate slab leaks. Both times, the work was excellent and timely. In addition, after my insurance company was giving me issues, Alex continued to help me out until my issue was 100% resolved. He is great. In addition, his work crew was also fantastic. They keep the job site clean, the showed up when they said they would, and answered my questions whenever I had them. Grand Rooter is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. When our hose broke off Monday night we had to shut off the main line. Alex showed up within 30 minutes of calling to assess the issue. He provided us two options with pricing each. We scheduled the repair for the following morning. Him and the crew arrived on time and jumped right into the repairs. They were so thorough and organized. My repair consisted of cutting through a wall and lifting bushes to get to the lines. I was worried about this but quickly put at ease when I saw how meticulous they were. They left it better than it was before! Once done they made sure to pick everything up and clean up after themselves. They were quick, diligent and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I could not be happier. Very grateful for their work!!

We had an emergency broken sewer pipe on a Friday morning from a tree that’s roots had been growing in the line and were fortunate to be recommended to Grand Rooter by a friend. We contacted them and they were there within an hour. The whole line had to be dug up under the fence and Alex and his men worked the entire day and into the night to finish the job so we would have water that night. They did an excellent job and I am so happy we called them. It is not easy to find honest reliable companies and Grand Rooter is definitely one of them. Thank you so much Alex and crew!!
