Our tank less water heater finally gave out and needed to be replaced. We looked at several plumbing companies on line and prayed for the Lord to guide us to the best one. We called John's Plumbing and set up an appointment between 10am-12pm on Monday morning. Glenn showed up just a few minutes after 10am and explained in detail what needed to be replaced. I did some research beforehand on line to get myself an estimated price on a new water heater and installation and I was happy to hear that the price Glenn quoted me was far below what I had expected. Glenn called and ordered a new unit that was to be picked up by the plumber to do the installation and to be here by 12pm. Chesley was the plumber who came out to do the installation and he arrived at exactly 12pm. I was very impressed by his professionalism and demeanor, this is what customer service is. Chesley was very kind and polite and he had the installation done in just 45 minutes. WOW, I could not be more impressed by the whole process. If you are in need of a fast, reliable, reasonable, and professional plumbing company, then John's plumbing is for you. Thank you John's plumbing! God bless!

Corey is awesome!!! So experienced and well informed. I am a real estate agent and we had Corey out to help us evaluate the plumbing of a house, and gave us a very clear explanation of all the problems involved. Gave us clarity and understanding which is what is always needed for these scenarios. Excellent person.

Darrin was amazing, he was on time connected our water heater record time and helped get started with the permit application. He made it such a smooth process Dani was amazing throughout the permit application. Dani did a great job at keeping me informed and that eased so much of the stress of having to deal with the city. Overall I would definitely recommend John’s plumbing to my family and friends. It was such a both process from start to finish. Side note- even our inspector said John’s plumbing does great work.

My apartment complex had a break in the sewage line, and we all got lucky that Johns Plumbing was called out. It was at 11pm and their Account Manager Corey McClary came out himself to help multiple families not have raw sewage running into their units. Corey came out to diagnose the situation, and was able to provide an answer; but more importantly the solution. Unfortunately the management company went a different direction for the repair; which failed miserably. So when the sewage flooding happened again, Corey, Stephanie, and Alex (their amazing staff)answered on their personal time to my text to make sure my son wouldn't be sleeping in a room with sewage. Corey's expertise and prompt work were nothing but amazing, if you're ever in need of a plumbing company that cares and does the work the right way you go to Johns Plumbing.

Called John’s Plumbing because my sink was clogged. Spoke to Deondra and she sent out a good plumber who was able to unclog my sink. The customer service I received when I called in was great. Will definitely use you all again.
