I reached out to United after purchasing a house with an older heating and air system. They came for maintenance and discovered there were some issues with the unit. They were able to obtain replacement parts and get the unit up to par. The service was excellent and costs were reasonable.

To the driver of van #105 at the shell station off Taylor road in Montgomery this morning around 7:20-7:30... On behalf of me and all those who had to wait behind other cars to get fuel this morning, we would have greatly appreciated some common courtesy. Not everyone has spare time to wait on your breakfast break to end. With you not getting gas at all and taking your entire breakfast break at the gas pumps while others are waiting shows poor character. It seemed as if your coworker was repeatedly asking if you should take your break elsewhere even pointing to the side, but instead, you kept shaking your head while mouthing "no." I hope some day you realize the world doesn't always revolve around you. With that being said, I still wish you the best and may God bless you and all who surround you!

Josh from United Heating and Air showed up to fix my issues with my air conditioning unit and water pump and did a excellent job. Parts had to be ordered for the water pump amd since it was still under warranty he made the call and ordered what was needed. He was on time, fast, friendly, informative, and professional. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Thanks so much for your prompt service (plumbing issue). Y’all came out the same morning, and they did not think it was a plumbing issue, but a roof issue instead. Workers were very nice and professional, and we appreciate their timely response. Unfortunately, roof people came out and said it was not a roof issue, but a plumbing issue. ‍♀️ Since it wasn’t raining at the time, it was hard to tell. Guess we’ll have to wait til it rains again, and hope someone can get here then. Ann is the best-so nice and helpful on the phone!

I am a faithful customer for more than 15+ years. First of all my service providers failed to introduce herself, I had to ask for names, and them after she entered my home she asked what was going on with my plumbing, I explained that the water in tub it drains slowly and water in kitchen sink backing up in garbage dispenser. She gave me a estimated of $1400.00 + service charge. Then I asked would doing the main drain do it then she added another charge not sure who she was talking to and getting those estimates, then I asked if there a warranty on the service she said no and I declined the service and still had to pay service fees.

Unfortunately, I had to make an after-hours call to United, but was pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the young man who came to my rescue. He had my issue resolved, and a long term solution quickly identified. The next day they somehow worked me in to their bust schedule for the permanent fix. I never write these reviews but had to give United props on this one. They have definitely earned my loyalty and praise!!! Highly recommend!!!

The technician let us know he was on his way, arrived promptly, and completed the heating check without delay. He also let me know our heating system was good to go. Very courteous and efficient service.
