I was first called at 7:30am the day of my appointment. Matt Giovannoni, service technician, called to inform me of his arrival time. He was not only on time, but was familiar with my home and my account. Matt and the Technician Manager, Henry Aguirre, briefed me in detail to service calls objectives. Meticulously performing his duties, Matt committed himself to his duties. I am very satisfied and appreciative of the attention to detail and leaving my home cleaner than when they arrived!! Very Very Pleased!!!

Energy Services recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The project began right on schedule and was completed on time, exactly as promised. Greg, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Anthony and Frankie, were professional, efficient, and took great care to protect my home while they worked. The installation was clean, organized, and done with obvious attention to detail. Once the work was complete, they tested everything thoroughly, explained the operation clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the system before wrapping up. Cleanup was excellent - no mess left behind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers on what they promise. I would highly recommend Energy Services to anyone looking for quality HVAC work and reliable service.

Two years ago our family wrote a review praising Kevin and the team at Energy Services for their honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship when they replaced our aging furnace. Having since moved to Wheaton, we recently had them replace our 19-year-old Carrier air conditioner, and I’m thrilled to say that our satisfaction with their service, quality, and attention to detail has not diminished one bit! From our first call to Brian who assessed our needs and provided a same-day quote to our installation day with Jeff, who worked tirelessly through the rain, the experience was everything we remembered — prompt, transparent, and professional. Jeff treated our home as if it were his own, taking every precaution to keep his work area clean. He arrived exactly when promised, communicated clearly throughout, and was genuinely friendly and respectful. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such high standards year after year, but Energy Services continues to set the bar for what great service should look like. Superb experience top to bottom. David came out when our furnace was failing during a cold stretch of weather and gave us a thorough explanation of what was going on and options we had. We opted to replace our furnace since it was 12 years old, and Alex and Adriel were timely and very professional when installing. We couldn't be happier with our service and quick turnaround time and would recommend them for your needs. Quick update: Needed to call back because the furnace seemed to stay on longer than it needed and Carlos came by same day and fixed everything back up in less than an hour. Super great crew and very easy to work with.

I’ve only had to use their plumbing services, but it’s been a delight every time. Scott and Brandon are absolute wizards and the knowledge and expertise they bring to the table is next level. I had some challenging installation aspects come into play, but the two of them came up with solutions that blew me away. Even after the appointment was finished, i was able to follow up with them directly for what seemed like complicated questions on my end. These guys, made it seem like a walk in the park. I will definitely work with them again

Brian was incredible! He is no pressure sales, informative and very responsive. He is kind, understanding and authentically empathized with my circumstances. His people skills are exponentially impressive. Jeff & Ryan were wildly pleasant, hard workers in the grueling heat, fun to chat with when having to engage and they went the extra mile to make things work when they bumped into obstacles. They provided an alternate measure to give me some extra support to ensure my airflow was sufficient for my machine. They contacted Brian when the solution for raising the machine wasn't effective and they put plan B into action within minutes. Brian even showed up with the materials and helped unload it to keep the project moving. The cuts were clean, properly sealed from what I can tell, and lined neatly. Aesthetically the conduit looks beautifully arranged to keep with the current flow of my exposed ceiling. The devices that needed to be attached were done neatly, level and overall, very professional. They offered me a tour of my system, provided me with tips, showed me where to locate their information if needed in the future and cleaned up better than any service professional team I have had in the home. I had an issue when I elected to reset my thermostat to pair it with my phone & shot a text to Brian. He responded promptly and I was immediately contacted by the office to schedule a same day visit. I was fine with a phone call for support, but they insisted on sending a tech JUST to make sure it was functioning properly. All of this combined illustrates superior customer support, efficient services and a high degree to please the customer. I was referred to them by a friend and very happy that this is where I landed. Value for the price... excellent! Oh... I neglected to mention that I took some time to decide on a provider. But when I finally decided late, late Sunday night, (very late Sunday night), Brian put into motion a series of events that got a team out to me in 48 hours & first thing Tuesday morning I was greeted by smiling installers. No other provider had a team ready sooner. The average wait time was 14-20 days. Call them, ask for Brian. Request Jeff & Ryan. Tell them this review sent you!
