Raul did an amazing job coming over to check my furnace. He was very nice and great with answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me as a first time home owner. He helped give me tips on what I can do in the meantime while I have no heat. He did an amazing job explaining to me all of my options available to me. I would definitely recommend!

Thomas was amazing! He arrived on time, began working right away, took his time, and was very thorough. He did not cease until the job was completed, in which time he answered ALL of my questions, addressed ALL of my concerns, followed by thorough explanations of the work he'd performed. He was very professional and forthcoming with information. A plethora of knowledge and had no qualms with sharing it. I am more educated about how my plumbing operates, thanks to Thomas. Victor S was very polite and easy to work with. He went above and beyond when we realized that our bird feeder that was above our ac unit was collecting seeds and debris. He took the time to clean it properly which was great. I will definitely use him again

Ryan McGladdery was professional and did wonderful job. He finished quicker than I expected and addressed all my concerns. So glad ON Course sent him....And he didn't have to rip out wall. He checked to make sure everything thing worked correctly and there were no leaks. THANK YOU RYAN
