I purchased a home and the seller had Pete come out a few times for plumbing issues. Pete is going to be my plumber for life. He is kind, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated his fairness and his explaining everything to me that made it easy for me to understand. Pete also gave me options and also appreciated my business, although I was not paying him. He treated me like a person. In business, the personability factor is lacking in a lot of businesses…they treat you like there’s no other competition. We will continue to do business with Pete’s Plumbing.

Went through Lowe’s and was connected to Pete’s plumbing to replace my hot water heater. Mario was excellent and clean. Pete’s plumbing customer service is top tier and I would definitely recommend this company. I know who to contact if I ever need anything again!

Pete’s came through in a pinch! My tankless water heater went out just before the recent historic New Orleans snowfall, and Pete’s was able to conduct a site visit, provide a competitive quote and most importantly install a new water heater a day before the snow began. Melanie especially was a big help in coordinating schedules that allowed this to happen. Highly recommend Pete’s Plumbing.

February 2022 update: we had a problem with the hot water heater making a loud noise after our new post-Ida roof was installed. We called Pete's and made an appointment for the very next day. David showed up promptly, made his way to the attic, and within 5 seconds he shouted, "I see what the problem is." It turns out that the roofer had moved the exhaust pipe when re-doing the roof and managed to disconnect the pipe from the hot water heater. David took about 90 seconds to re-connect the exhaust pipe. We tested it and no more loud noises. And because we were within our year warranty, there was no charge. The total time David spent in our house to completely fix the issue was less than 5 minutes. Now that is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You can't get better than that and you can't get a better plumbing service than Pete's. March 2021: our plumber John from Pete’s was incredibly patient explaining the intricacies of the new tank-less hot water heater installed yesterday. John arrived on time and performed an expert installation. The entire experience has made us new loyal Pete’s clients.
