We received fantastic service from start to finish for the installation of our new tankless water heater with a water descaling device. ​Consultation and Professionalism (Robert Harrison) Robert was outstanding. He provided a thorough assessment of our old water heaters, clearly outlining various solutions and working with us directly on financing options. His professionalism was highly impressive—especially his attention to detail, such as wearing shoe covers inside our home. ​Though the price was higher than competitors, we ultimately chose Surgi (Southern Air) due to the level of professionalism, the impressive warranty, and the overall peace of mind they offered. The 0% financing was a welcome bonus that sealed the decision. ​Installation (Orlyn Alvarado and Team) The installation was handled quickly and efficiently by Orlyn, the technician, and a team of three. They arrived shortly after our agreement with multiple dedicated service vehicles and completed the entire, large-scale job within hours on the same day. Post-installation, Robert even returned to personally inspect the work and confirm everything was functioning correctly. ​We now have a fully functional tankless water heater that provides instant hot water in seconds. We highly recommend this company based on their comprehensive service, team efficiency, and professional attention to detail.

My wife and I recently had an awesome experience with Southern Air involving replacing our 3 ton ac. After receiving a very high bid from a competitor I called Southern and met with Jeremy to look over the other company’s bid and see what Southern could do. Jeremy was able to beat that bid by $6000 and get us a 2 stage while the other company only offered a single stage. The installation crew was very professional. They used drop clothes and vacuumed afterwards and treated my home as if it were their own. I appreciated them taking the time to show me how to used the touchscreen thermostat as well as the app on my phone. Thank you Roberto and Cesar!

My service technician Chris Anderson was awesome! Today was his second attempt at resolving my plumbing issue, and he did everything he had explained to me on the first visit, and then some. He worked very hard to get the job done, and I must say, as a plumber, he was very neat and kept a very clean work environment for such a messy job. I really appreciated how he explained things to me as he went along. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He even took a look at my a/c thermostat that was having an issue, and told me what I needed to do about that, and I appreciate him for that.

Dave went above and beyond in repairing my electrical system. He was determined to complete the work in one day. He was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having and gave the best solution for it. I truly appreciate him and Southern Air for their timely attention. I will highly recommend Dave fir any electrical issues. He is a an asset to the company.

We needed to replace the evaporator coils for one of our AC units, and Ti'shjai Robinson was our service technician. He did an exceptional job. The young man was very professional and courteous. He made sure to protect our wood floors and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was completed. His professionalism was evident throughout the time he was in our home, and I was particularly impressed with the time he took to diagnose the problem. Arthur diagnosed the problem and fixed it in possibly record time. Besides being great at what he does, he is very personable. He is friendly, kind, has a great sense of humor and clearly wants to help. He recognizes that I am a human being who is having baffling and restrictive electrical problems and happily fixes it all right away. We have a service contract with Surgi’s and so were charged the minimum for the repair.

I’m very pleased with Quality service and workmanship provided by the southern air team from my calling about having my house drain pipe replaced and connected to the main sewer line. They completed the job very timely as well. I highly recommend them to others requiring similar drain work as mine.
