24 Hour Plumber NYC

Had a kitchen sink emergency as the brass drain pipe finally gave way under at the elbow and we noticed water under cabinet sink. Found Josh’s business here and gave him a call at listed number, he picked up right away, and said he could fit me in as he was wrapping up another job in Manhattan. Time and cost estimates were all accurate and fair, service very professional. I walked away a very happy customer and look forward to giving the team future business!

disorganized, unprofessional, more expensive, and not knowledabkle about operating in buildings in the city needed a toilet reset, called this guy because the normal plumbing company that comes to our building often was booked out out, and he said he could come the next day at 11am. I gave him the address and let him know its an apartment building in the middle of manhattan [obviously will need a coi] next day comes around, delay, delay, didn't turn up till I called, and he said "i can be there at 5" - but if you know many of these buildings dont allow work out of business hours unless its an active emergency.. he said its fine, its just a service call and it will apply to the work came at 5, assessed it, collected service call, spoke with hima bout coming the next day at the same time, adn the service fee will apply towards the work next day comes around, and doesn't turn up, again.. Says he was waiting for confirmation about the COI - there was no question about needing a COI.. Then says, oh, with COI then the service fee $150 is separate adn doesn't apply to the work.. whatever the normal plumber has a $70 service fee for the same reason again work doesn't get done on that day... Then over the weekend he lets me know it will take another 48 hours to get teh COI? so now we would be at about a week from first call / I can fix it tomorrow, to actually getting the work done Almost feels like he just wanted to collect a service fee on the way home from another job, and had no real intention of beign able to fix the issue within a few days of the initial call lots of 'communicaiton issues' ; didn't even show up for the 11am appointment, BS about the service fee going towards the work, then it suddenly doesn't? i just ended up eating the fee and goign with the normal plumbing company bc they knew what they were doing, how to provide proper COI, and get the job done in 1 day...

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

Thank you!! Having a plumber on call is something that an apartment owner NEEDS, and I think I've finally found mine. Came quickly, inspected and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave a reasonable quote, and got right to work. What more can I ask for? Will be calling them again next time something breaks. 24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed
