NYC Plumbing Services /Mentor Mechanical

I’ve been using Mentor Mechanical for my heating and plumbing issues across my portfolio. They are absolutely fantastic! The technician’s are professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail and the office staff always follows up on the repairs. For year’s we’ve had a boiler in one of our locations that always failed on us over and over again. We told Mentor to give us a price to change it and he sent us his techs John and Merg who changed a couple parts and we haven’t had a problem since saving us thousands on a new boiler. They are our go to guys for all our plumbing issues ever since.

We called Mentor Mechanical for a emergency shower body leak. The office was very nice and helpful they put us in touch with one of the supervisors which showed upnto our door within 20 minutes to inspect. They had a crew for us not long after that and they made the repairs right away. They were Super knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for all plumbing and heating needs. Mentor is now our go to plumber.

I would highly recommend Mentor Mechanical. When I contacted Mentor regarding our concern, he was out the next day with an estimate. He was extremely friendly and reassuring. He squeezed us into his busy schedule because we were going to be away. They fixed our plumbing issues quickly with a fair price. He was always available to talk and answer any questions or concerns. I will definitely use again.

Mentor and his team did a great job! Mentor came out to our apartment on a Saturday to diagnose a leaking faucet. He applied a short term fix to stop water leaking into the apartment below over the weekend. His team then came back on Monday and fixed all the necessary pipes, faucet, etc. and it’s been function smoothly. Appreciate the professional service and highly recommend Mentor!

Tom and bes were amazing! Nicest guys in the world. Came out right away and even tried to help me virtually over FT. Never met plumbers like them in my life. Truly life savers and amazing people. Please call them for anything and everything!!

Had an issue with my radiator and these guys were incredibly responsive—came out the very next day. Turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn’t even charge me for the visit. Honest, reliable, and truly the real deal. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. When I had an emergency on a major holiday weekend, the principal himself came out because his team was already booked. He personally tracked down the exact materials needed and got the job done right when I needed it most. That level of commitment is rare. On a later service call, the company’s plumbers impressed me all over again. They not only explained what needed to be done but showed me their work step by step. When I raised concerns about a possible leak and suggested additional work, they didn’t just agree to bill me — they walked me through why it wasn’t necessary, saving me money and giving me real peace of mind. Every interaction has shown me how professional, skilled, and thorough they are. They clean up carefully as they go, and their pride in their work shows. Truly a trustworthy firm that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
