Power Plumbing

I had a fantastic experience with KerRhonda when I called for help with a plumbing issue. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire conversation. Even over the phone, she walked me through each step clearly and confidently, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care, but she absolutely does. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone needing plumbing support. Outstanding service!

I had a problem with my bathroom faucet so I called Power Plumbing to come in, assess, and fix the issue. Julian did such an amazing job fixing the issue at hand, and he went above and beyond by fixing our shower head water pressure at no additional cost. Two months later, everything still functions perfectly. I am very grateful that Julian was able to help us! I will definitely be seeking his services again in the future if any other plumbing issues arise.

Power Plumbing was excellent today. I had an emergency plumbing issue. Alejandro came quickly, diagnosed the problem gave me an estimate of time and money. The job was completed in the time and money he quoted. I am so appreciative of the help I received.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Power Plumbing SIX stars, I would — with a gold medal and a standing ovation. Let me start with the heartbeat of this company: Jasmine, their customer service superstar. From the moment she answered my call, I felt like I was talking to a plumbing concierge with a PhD in Kindness. She was thorough, sweet, ultra-knowledgeable, and handled my questions like a total pro — efficient, warm, and quick without ever rushing. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for just from a phone call, but Jasmine makes it an art form. Now, cue the entrance of Julian Castro, the plumbing tech who deserves his own superhero cape. Power Plumbing sent him to check on what I thought was a clogged master bathroom sink. Surprise twist? It wasn’t even clogged. But instead of just walking out the door, Julian did something most people wouldn’t even think to do — he kindly asked if anything else needed to be checked, replaced, or improved. I shyly mentioned a shower head filter I hadn’t gotten around to replacing. No hesitation. No upsell. Just: "I’ve got you." He replaced it effortlessly, left no mess behind, and genuinely treated my home like it was his own. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and dare I say — refreshing? And here’s the kicker: this wasn’t even my first time using Power Plumbing. Every interaction — from their 24/7 customer service to the skilled hands of every technician I’ve met — has been consistently exceptional. They’re the rare company that blends technical brilliance with heartfelt service. That’s not just good plumbing — that’s powerfully human. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Not just 5 stars — they’ve earned a constellation ✨
