I requested service to fix a broken shower wand and an issue with my water heater. Right from the start, the plumber showed up without the proper tools, eventhough a day before i sent them pictures of the broken adaptor. It took them five hours to fix a small broken pipe adapter that cost $20, and I was charged $250 for that alone. Afterward, there was still a problem with the water temperature. They couldn’t figure out where the issue was coming from, so they opened the shower cartridge—even though that wasn’t the source—and charged me another $300 just for checking that section. They then tried to schedule yet another service visit, quoting $700 just to diagnose the issue, plus an additional $700 to fix it once found. And then they tried to sell me membership which i dont need. Immediately after they left, I called a local plumber. He diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, fixed everything within an hour, and only charged $240 total. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. If you don’t want to pay an outrageous amount for simple repairs—or be charged hundreds of dollars without real results—stay away from this company. You’re far better off calling a reliable local plumber. This experience felt like a complete scam.

I had a plumbing emergency and I called Valley Plumbing. They called first thing in the morning and showed up early. My technician, Luis O was professional, friendly, and smelled nice (real smell good plumber). He quickly evaluated the problem, answered my questions and provided options. The problem was fixed on the spot and now I can continue my day. Valley Plumbing will be saved in my contacts and I 100% recommend the company. Jamie is very professional! He really knows what he is doing. David was a great support and helper. We couldn’t figure out where was a leaky pipe, but he searched around and find out. Once again, we had Jamie (and David on this trip) help us with a few items at the home. Jamie is EXCEPTIONAL!! We originally came out to inspect and install the new stainless steel water line for our refrigerator, which he did perfectly. My wife also wanted the water faucet for our kitchen sink checked, since the cold water was not running as much as the hot water. Jamie identified the issue, and without hesitation, knew the fix and took care of the issue for us. My wife also smelled some time of gas in our laundry room. Two people had previously told us that there was nothing wrong with the valve and setup up, and no smell. Jamie was able to apply his test and identified that there was in fact a gas leak, and he quickly repaired it for us. We always appreciate Jamie and his professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. He also is great at having conversational dialogue and building rapport with us, which is taking it to the next level. We will ALWAYS ask for Jamie anytime we need plumbing needs in the future!! 🙂
