Update After I posted my honest review, I noticed a sudden wave of glowing reviews from people in Florida, even though this company is based in Oklahoma. It’s disappointing but not surprising. It only confirms what I experienced: they care more about covering their tracks than actually fixing their mistakes. If a company has to fake their reputation instead of earning it, that says everything. Avoid this company at all costs. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. They came to install a new HVAC system at my house and it was a disaster from day one. The install took over 11 hours, and the people they sent didn’t seem trained or licensed. One of the workers was even smoking in my garage while working, and my house reeked of smoke afterward. When the system didn’t work right, they actually tried to blame me for messing with the thermostat. They claimed they fired that guy, but the problems just kept piling up. I had to call them back 6 or 7 times to fix things and even then, nothing was really fixed. So I had another licensed company come check the work. Their response? The job was a total hack job. Not only was it sloppy, but they installed the furnace vent pipe upside down, which could’ve caused carbon monoxide to leak into my garage if I used the heater. That’s a serious safety risk. Then I found out the system they installed wasn’t even the one in my contract, and it doesn’t meet AHRI certification. That could affect performance, efficiency, and possibly void warranties. I also looked up the contractor license they gave me turns out it belongs to someone who doesn’t even work for them. This company is unprofessional, careless, and shady. Don’t risk your money, your time, or your family’s safety with these guys.

I had some work done to my house recently which was a bigger repair job as a couple walls and the flooring had to be replaced due to flooding. Alexandria and Fernando were the two I worked with and they were both a pleasure. Fernando did a great job and Alexandria made sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend this company.

We were in desperate need of our unit needing replacement along with some other complications but we were very blessed to find this company. Living in ‘deep’ western Oklahoma they came and gave us a FREE estimate and within a few days we were booking an installation appointment. These guys were respectful & didn’t leave without answering any of our questions or concerns! We were very impressed by the 2-man crew that came out for install, and Louay for being so responsive. Carlos, Alexandria, Aldo & the whole team were so nice & accommodating to all of our needs!! the filter tray is now my favorite look haha! thank you okc plumbing & HVAC for our now COLD COLD house!!

Needed a new sink install. Found OKC Plumbing and HVAC on line called them at about 2 pm on a Friday they came out and bid the job and came back Saturday afternoon, had the sink in and working with zero leaks in right around two hours. Dominic was fast, friendly, excellent knowledge base, very customer preference driven as well as very respectful. No one likes plumbing calls but with Dominic's cheerful demeanor was refreshing. I will not only recommend to any and all who need a plumbing company that is fast and fair! Thank you Alexandria for your attention and fast same day visit. Thank you Dominic for your confidence and excellent workmanship! Not to mention a Saturday appointment without the weekend up charge! You guys are amazing!!! So very glad I found you!!!

This company installed an entire system in our 100+ year old house. As you can imagine, they had to be creative to do this successfully. We are so very, very pleased with their work. Juan and Alfredo figured out an elegant return air solution and installed a great system at a very reasonable price. Well done!

They fixed my issue quickly and took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was going on. The price was fair and the service felt personal, not rushed like some bigger companies.
