I haven’t had the chance to work directly with Deer Creek Plumbing yet, but every interaction I’ve had so far has been great. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and professional — you can tell they care about the people who call in. On that experience alone, they seem like a company that values good communication and customer service. Looking forward to working with their team in the future!

Super great service! I had a toilet spring a leak overnight and found it first thing this morning of course. I was referred to Deer Creek from a friend in the business (he doesn’t run service though) and from the start they understood my situation and the need for a fix ASAP. They came through like rock stars! Mark was my tech and showed up at my door about an hour later I believe and wow, that guy got it done quick, clean, and correct without leaving a trace. He had the new toilet on his truck when he got here, which means communication is awesome! The price felt more than fair, especially for such a rush to fit me in. Thanks a ton guys, you saved my weekend!
