Joe came to the rescue within 90 min to fix a water leak on Halloween morning! He was quick, reasonably priced, explained everything in detail so I understood the work he was doing, and just a delight to talk to. So grateful my neighbor recommended him!

Joe's done work for me a few times and it's always been simple but flawless. He doesn't waste his time or his customer's time, and is able to keep prices low by not driving around to do bids or free consultations. He doesn't pitch projects or products but rather gives perfect advice when needed to diagnose and solve problems at hand. He doesn't take on risky or destructive projects without sufficient info ahead of time, preferring instead to have the customer understand the job to keep things straightforward. I very much appreciate his efficiency and candor because of how much time, money, and anxiety it saves me.

Joe arrived as scheduled and installed a delicate, very elaborate whole-home filter for my water. I showed him where I wanted it and he completed the job in two hours or less. It looked professionally installed and he finished in the same amount of time it would have taken me to get the system out of the box and prepped for install. I agreed on a price with Joe verbally during the job and he honored that price when I was billed. I would recommend you call this friendly, hard working, seasoned veteran before wasting time with anyone else in the area.

Joe showed up right on time (maybe even 5 minutes early). After I gave a run-down of the problems I needed fixed he got right to work. He's hard-working and efficient, yet friendly. He will explain what he's doing if your interested and answer questions you may have. It was clear that he doesn't offer or install parts or fixtures that aren't of good quality, which is reassuring. He knows his trade very well. After he was done, he recapped everything that was done, which I thought was nice. Nobody likes to see the bill from a plumber/electrician/repairman, but it was nice this time to feel like I got quality service for the money I was paying. I would recommend Joe to anyone.

I actually found Joe Brown on Nextdoor. He is well-reviewed there so I wanted to make sure he got a good google review. Had a leaky shower faucet and in another bathroom, the hot and cold were reversed on the shower. He was quick to fix them both for a reasonable cost. We even talked about some ideas on the master bath - and he suggested more practical ideas to save me money, rather than trying to force an expensive solution. I will use Joe Brown for all future plumbing needs.
