From start to finish DRAINGO OF ALABAMA provided excellent service. It started with the call to provide an estimated time of arrival. The technician arrived within that time frame and was eager to diagnose and repair my plumbing issues. He answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend this company. Trust me ... you will not be disappointed.

This company was scheduled to come to my home through American Home Shield, and upon me scheduling the appointment I was told that they don’t do weekends or emergency calls. I said, "Okay cool, I can wait until Monday." Monday comes, and I get a call at 2:28PM saying we have a plumber in route to your home. I then said no because I specifically asked for an appointment after 3:30PM. The dispatch then calls back and says, "We have you on schedule, but he do not Have anymore plumbers out this evening to assist you." I then asked how are you going to put me on the schedule and then tell me you don’t have anyone who can services me. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I was on the side of the road with a flat tire and JT with DrainGo stopped and helped me change my tire. Can’t thank them enough! Excellent customer service!

We had a leak in our washing machine feeder hose and we were out of town but our son was home. Elbert came and was super, as usual. He kept us updated - letting us know what was needed and what he did. We are blessed to know of DrainGo and Elbert. We’ve been regular clients and strongly recommend them.

Was very pleased with DrainGo and how their Tech Thomas was very knowledgeable of any plumbing question that we asked him. He took care of my mother in law like it was his own mother. I would recommend DrainGo for any of your plumbing needs because your gonna get a tech who knows plumbing, who knows how to address the issue that you may have and how to properly fix your plumbing issue without breaking the bank.
