Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

12/2/2025 update - added 2nd star. 9 days and 16 hours after our 1st call our service was restored. Not a 24 hour service - they didn't respond in middle of the night when this all started (didn't get a response until about 8am) , and the group didn't work for the 4 days of thanksgiving weekend. Still wished I had a better company locally to use. 12/1/2025 Update - 8 days later from my 1st call and we still have no service. No contact from any of the management mentioned in the follow up they posted here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Original post 11/26/2025 - I'd love to tell you that after calling in the middle of a Sunday night this group was able to get us back flowing to save Thanksgiving 4 days later. They did not, we are going to be a week plus in trying to get our service back. They tried snaking, then dug up a section of the side yard, only to realize they didn't have the right location. Couldn't jet it either. Almost 4 days in and now we are waiting for the ground to restabilize so it can be shored safely to try and dig in another spot. I'll update the rating when the repair is complete, but at this time I wish I had tried another service provider.

Thankful that I called Roto-Rooter last week when my water heater was leaking and it was time for a new one. David and Doug were the technicians. These guys were amazing! Prompt, friendly and hardworking. Very happy customer!!!!

Called Roto-Rooter at approximately 10:15 am and Julian arrived at 11:30 am to start his work. In less than two hours he resolved our two issues. Great job!

My service technition Charlie was really great! He arrived on time, looked over the job, explained everything to me and upon my approval proceeded to do the job in a very timely manner. If I ever need a plumber again I will request Charlie. Very polite!
